My Mom was well into the 30s before she had a car of her own. It wasn't an issue when we lived in the city. Cars are more of problem than an asset in Chicago. Much better off with public transportation and hopping a taxi when that isn't an option.

Well, the transportation in my town is very lousy.
Most buses are from the 80's lol.
The companies that offer the service are very cheap(as in charging lot of money and offering awful service).
Taxis are very expensive just for crossing the bridge.

I always thought these Bugs were cute but they scared me. I lost an uncle in one. Head on collision. The other car everyone else walked away and he was DOA. With nothing up front in the original version they just collapsed. Sad.

hO I agree with that.
These bugs had barely protections. But when I mean reliable.. I mean as in breaking down.

We used to love KFC, but, it has all just been consistent crap around here in the last few years. Run city.
And, whoever came up with the idea of that little troll-like turd of an actor playing the Colonel in the recent commercials needs to have their head squashed. Just how, exactly, does making the founder of the company appear as a complete and total imp give credibility to the brand...?! I just don't get it.
Fortunately, we have much better places for fried chicken and fixins' around here.

oh I like KFC.. Its just that its not the same than going to a fancy restaurant with proper food.

Ok I'm scratching my head. I thought Taipei was in China, home of the Taipei 101 tower?

Many TV channels already gave him the finger.
His deal with Carlos Slim (2nd richest man in the world, and Mexican) is done. He pretty much told Trump "You're fired!".

I only eat instant mashed potatoes. Real ones have too many lumps. An unfortunate trait I inherited from my grandfather.

With my lovely weather I needed a bit of cheering up so after I dropped off my ds I stopped at a local store. Just window shopping or so I thought. They had the perfect pair of earrings cute and on sale perfect for Disney. Yes they were on my shopping list for the trip. I hated putting them away but another item crossed off the list 6000 to go LOL
