That's a tough question to answer. Those are three very different sports; two of them being spectator, versus actual participation. Guess it just comes down to personal preferences.
Many people love golf; I never learned how to play, but I like miniature golf.On occasion, I'll watch one of the bigger named horse races; yesterday's Belmont Stakes was exciting because of the potential for the Triple Crown--which actually happened! NASCAR intrigues me on a few levels, mainly because I'm a lousey driver and admire those who are the professionals. (Those that can handle a car at speeds up to 200 mph on a track with 43 other cars is impressive to me.) But more to the point, it's the whole strategic team effort behind each of the drivers that I find interesting. The pit crews, the crew chief, spotters, the officials, the mechanical equipment--it's all fascinating to me.
So out of curiosity, what sports (if any) do you like, and why?
I never understood people wanting to watch horses run. And Nascar. And Golf.

I'll continue to look around; don't really have a close-by Walmart, but I'll look in a few other stores. @Cesar R M also had a good suggestion to look in the bathroom cleaning supplies section of the store.
Ha! Witch Hazel--that name always scared me when I was a kid!! I wonder why your mother used it on her face; was it some sort of astringent if her skin was oily, for example? Oh, I just remembered another old concoction my grandmother used to get at a pharmacy--it was called rose water. Haven't a clue what that was used for either.
I actually get to sleep in on my Disney vacations and haven't missed a rope drop yet!No matter how late I go to bed, I wake up at the same time.....So annoying

"I'm feeling muuuuuuuch better now."
By the time you and @MinnieM123 are waking up I've been in bed only a few hours. Yep, night owl.Good morning or good middle of the nightI was just wondering do all of us keep strange hours? For me it's not so much a choice due to the hours of work and school my family has. Ds' school bus about 6:15 yesterday dh had to be at work before 6 am. So having to get everybody up and out is just part of my usual routine. I guess that's why we've never missed one rope drop yet!
Yea! I'm not alone in the world!I had it once. Switched to the Macadia Nut Pancakes ... and never looked back!

If you are planning to be a Future CEO, you had better learn to like golf and look good in colorful outfits. The other two things you don't need. A whole lot of networking happens on the golf course.I never understood people wanting to watch horses run. And Nascar. And Golf.
No... not at all.Am I the only person who just doesn't get the Tonga Toast thing?![]()
It's doubtful that Tiger Woods can even do that anymore.Miniature golf is always fun. They should have miniature golf tournaments.
Just imagine it. Announcer: "And now Tiger woods will attempt to make the ball pass through the windmill and land in the clowns mouth."
Now that I might would actually watch.
Right person, wrong show. That was from Night Court."I'm feeling muuuuuuuch better now."![]()
I know, but I can never look at John Astin and not see Buddy Ryan.Right person, wrong show. That was from Night Court.Gomez was the Adams Family!
You are so diplomatic in your answers. (I'm glad "we" get it.That's a tough question to answer. Those are three very different sports; two of them being spectator, versus actual participation. Guess it just comes down to personal preferences.
