I'm still debating in making my last trip's report as well, but its been so long that I'm like "too late"?
I wonder if you feel the same gabe!

If you want to do one, by all means, go ahead. I don't think there's any time limit about when to post a trip report. Often, people read those to get ideas and suggestions for their own vacations. You could indicate how long ago it was, to give a frame of reference, but the content is what people want to read. :)

So what's the story about? I haven't heard any news about this today, but I just got home about 45 minutes ago.

"China-based hackers are suspected of breaking into the computer networks of the U.S. government personnel office and stealing identifying information of at least 4 million federal workers, American officials said Thursday. One key question is whether intelligence agency employee information was stolen"

It's laughable the US can spy on everyone and keep that information safe but people information, they can't.

You have to be careful with China. China can force the US into another recession or worse. Or help push it along the way.

Oh my. That's awful.

@JenniferS , how is your aunt doing these days? (The aunt that is the missionary overseas, but had fallen ill within the past few months.)
Thank you for asking.
She had to come home 5-6 weeks early, as I shared.

She had a bronchoscopy last Tuesday, and her CT scan is Thursday next week.
No results until next week sometime.

Doesn't sound like she's croakin' though, so that's great news!

I just got home from chaperoning my middle school students trip to an amusement park in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis/St. Paul, (about an 1 and 45 to 2 hour bus ride). Luckily our kids were pretty mellow on the way up and back, but walking around this amusement park really makes me appreciate all Disney has to offer. It probably isn't fair to compare the two but Disney just does it RIGHT!

Yes, I love the old planes...when we were treated like people, instead of sardines.:D...not a fan of today's market.:grumpy:

Ahhh yes, the good ol' days of airline travel. :)
When I was a child we moved to Northern California. The first few years we lived there (before my folks bought a camper to make the trip) we flew American Airlines 707's to Texas and back for the summer. I would be in dress clothes with a clip on tie and little blue blazer. It was a big deal!
I remember very much enjoying my Chicken a la King, and the metal pin-on wings they always gave us kiddos...!

Do you have allergies? When mine are really bad I have lots of nightmares? Sorry to hear about that. They are sooooo real, usually scare me. I had night terror's when I was little, those were unbelievable; sister said they didn't happen, but I always, ended up at the front door trying to get out. I woke up when Mom or Dad took me back to my bedroom. To this day I don't know why. I've always had allergies, and really bad nightmares. maybe they are connected. I just can't say for sure. It's really hard to get restful sleep. I hope you get better sleep!
noone that I know honestly.
and they tested me a lot trust me.

Too funny!!! I've floated around 3 a couple of times and I thought that was extreme--but FOUR??!! :hilarious:

Hahaaa...!
On our last trip in June of '13, it was the last full day of our trip. We had started out at AK, and then headed over to EPCOT, and were gettin' ready to head over to DHS in the evening to close the Park. We wanted to get somethin' to eat. DWifey remembered that we had yet to hit Casey's, so off we went to MK...! Then, off to DHS to close it...!!! :joyfull: :)

Best of luck on your surgery's. I hope all goes well. And leg is okay. As for bills, I hope the best. My MIL always said bad luck comes in three's. I don't know if that's true. We have had two, washing machine fell apart. Computer for hubby broke. Had to replace. I'm not waiting for the third. fingers crossed, ha! I think life just happens . :D
Definitively they come in groups.

My 3d monitor as a liquid ghost watermark (which means humidity leaked inside)
who knows when it will fail but I will have to replace it.
Car still needs fixing..
but.. so far I have most things arranged and planned.
I hate unplanned breakdowns (the ones that happen suddenly)

I chaperoned my daughter's band trip to Hershey Park in PA last weekend (which is funny in itself since I am a band director, but was really only on parent duty for this one). We absolutely love Hershey Park, but since the past few weeks have been heavy into planning our next two Disney trips (3 weeks from now and Christmas/New Years) Hershey just wasn't living up to my current mental expectations of themeparkage.
