I just got home from chaperoning my middle school students trip to an amusement park in the Twin Cities, Minneapolis/St. Paul, (about an 1 and 45 to 2 hour bus ride). Luckily our kids were pretty mellow on the way up and back, but walking around this amusement park really makes me appreciate all Disney has to offer. It probably isn't fair to compare the two but Disney just does it RIGHT!

I've never ever done a trip report, our daughter has written two Disney books, currently working on a third , with one more to come. I like short sentences!

Ahhh yes, the good ol' days of airline travel.
When I was a child we moved to Northern California. The first few years we lived there (before my folks bought a camper to make the trip) we flew American Airlines 707's to Texas and back for the summer. I would be in dress clothes with a clip on tie and little blue blazer. It was a big deal!
I remember very much enjoying my Chicken a la King, and the metal pin-on wings they always gave us kiddos...!

Hee hee . . . I'll bet you still wear clip-on ties, right?

I've seen that exact style of shot before a few times, down through the years. it's such a cool idea; and it always makes for a terrific picture when they capture that one (in probably hundreds of takes) shot that is perfect!

Good morning it's 5:34 eastern time zone. I'm up already did an hour of aerobics, packed the lunches and my dh is already out the door to work! and the first load of laundry is in the washer.
