Thanks, I like coming home to a clean house, except for dusting...it's ready to go, when I come home and I can devote my time to laundry. :D

Me too! I always left my house neat and laundry done. I always have had people in and out of here. Neighbors would check the house every few days, more if we vacationed over Christmas, run water flush toliets so pipes didn't freeze. When my two retrievers were really too old to go to the kennel anymore I had people come in and care for them.

Most trips I'd do the laundry the night of our last day though I usually did laundry at least once during the 2 weeks always while the kids were in the pool. Then we'd put it right into the suitcases. So I'd come home to a clean house, putting all the stuff away took long enough. Plus when the Pups were at the Spa Kennel it was at least 2 hours round trip.

Popped in to answer a PM...

Depends on the water park and what you like. We like slides and can spend all day at Blizzard Beach. Some people prefer to chill and use the wave pool, and for that, they can spend all day at Typhoon Lagoon, whereas we only spend half a day there.

I think the waterpark fun and more option is great. You could spend several mornings there and hit the parks later in the day, and if it storms, you just leave. You also don't have to worry about picking a good day for the waterpark based on the weather as much. :)
So sorry, I hope your recovery is quick!:)

Managers can add FPs on to your account that are good for any attraction any time of day (we had this happen after an issue with MM+ that we kept having to return to the front desk to get corrected) but...this is strange. And they usually add a certain number of uses. Weird thread.

Oh look, the eating in the bathroom thread is back!

I'm afraid to ask, but why would anyone choose to eat in a bathroom???

The OP:
I recall as a CM at Cosmic's that there were people who ate inside the bathrooms due to lack of seating, as we definitely got tray's from the bathroom on several occassions. Also I saw someone at Yakitori House take his food inside the bathroom due to lack of seating in that restaurant. Does anyone here resort to that if needed, or have seen examples of bathroom eaters?

My most recent response: FYI, eating in the bathroom is just as disgusting now as it was 2 1/2 years ago.

I do the same thing as you. ;) This reminds me of something funny. I knew a guy that had his own method of doing laundry. First of all, he'd buy enough clothes for a month. Then at the end of the month, he'd have to actually do his laundry, but he figured once a month was better than every week. So, he'd throw his clothes into the washer and then open a box of laundry powder. He'd throw out the measuring cup into the barrel , and then he'd just put his hands together, and "grab" a bunch of powder and throw it into the machine! No measuring for that guy!!
I love that!:D

Oh boy! Now my little angels think we should add the water parks and more option! We've never been to either! If you've been how long do you usually spend there? Now I really wish we had @StarWarsGirl95's wisdom on the subject!
do they like water parks a lot?
I'm not a fan myself. so I never done them.. neither the mini golfs.

But then, I really wanted to go to see the TMNT show at the Nick resort (/totallynotadiehardTMNTfansince1987) :hilarious:

Well, might as well tell you all some of what's going on now that I know more...

A while ago, I twisted my thumb and heard a pop, reaching into my purse. I was trying not to use the hand and was wearing an ace bandage, but got concerned by a raised bump at the base of the thumb. I went to get it checked out, and it turns out that I tore the ligament. Doctor thinks it's just a partial tear. I hope he's right. So I'm in a splint (thankfully he says swimming is still okay) for four weeks. Typing on my laptop/Surface is really tough right now, and I can only do a one finger tap on my iPod, so you probably won't see me too much for a while.

The only good part about all of this is no dishes for four weeks...:angelic:
Perfect excuse to skip dishes hu?

I have no idea why I suddenly imagined you using that excused "oh curses.. I cant do the taxes.. my thumb is bad!".. and things like that :hilarious:

*edit*
on the bad side.. you cant pull the "I KILLED A MAN WITH THIS THUMB" maneouver.

It isn't that the steak needs A-1, I love the taste of A-1. To me a little dab compliments the taste of the steak.

Same way I am a big fan of Kona's grilled teriyaki steak. While the steak might not need the additional flavors, to me the added flavors make the steak beyond yumalishish. :hungry:

I still wonder, why the hate for sauces?
I love peppercorn + tint wine reduction... or mushroom sauce.. or tomwomba sauce for my steaks.

Awe. Happy for her. Happy for you! Enjoy.

My DD loved her toddler bed. It was a Little Tykes and had a cubby for her juice/water cup too. She called it her Barney Bed 'cause of the comforter and she loved that purple dinosaur.

We got her a toddler bed after I entered the room, she was sound asleep on the floor with her blanket and the crib side was still up. No idea how she got out of there, she was tiny for her age but knew it wasn't good.
thats pretty easy to answer.. the toddler is going to be spiderwoman!

Instead of A1 I use this
