Waist sizes, yes, but not length. They assume that if your waste size is anything above a 28, then your legs are about 60 inches long and work full time for the NBA. The sizes do not often match the reality. Apparently wherever they are made has a population of extremely tall people. They also way overestimate the circumference of legs as well. I'm a big guy, but, I usually can fit both legs in the same pant leg. I hate that! I don't want them "pegged" like they were when I was in high school, but, at least a little closer to reality. So, I have my own favorite tailoring place and usually for less then $10.00 I can get them to at least look like they fit. I don't mind that so much if I buy off the rack at say, Walmart or Target, but, when I pay top dollar for them at other places, I do not want to have to pay extra just to wear them the first time.

Hahaaa...!
Yea, here at the store I do these occasional closing shifts at, we have a limited number of slack separates that come already hemmed. Beyond that, all the other slack separates and all that come with suits will, at least, need a hem. And a lot of times, the waist will need to be taken in or out.
Other tailoring options include tapering the sides of a coat, shortening or lengthening the sleeves, tapering the slack legs, etc.. :)

I'm still not able to find a way to care. Especially if it's my own body oils. I know I don't have cooties, so why be concerned. Just one more thing that the cleaning material companies have convinced the public that they need to be concerned about. If they can't scare you, they won't sell as much. I've never heard about anyone getting sick due to body oils, theirs or someone elses.

Yep, totally not feelin' the whole body oil clothes/towels thing either. ;) Don't recall even ever thinking about it my entire life 'til it came up here.
Throw the darn stuff in with a scoop a' detergent and call it washed. :cautious:
Or, at least that's what I do. ;) :)

Hubby and I am celebrating our 47th anniversary today. I picked Longhorn for our night out. :D

So today we went to Blizzard Beach then went to the miniature golf place right next door. It was overcast and threatening to rain so the coffees we had were a nice accompaniment. The miniature golf place was quite charming, I highly recommend it if you are at Blizzard Beach.

I love WinterSummerland next to Blizzard Beach. Did you do the winter or summer side? Or both? I like them both but if I had to pick I would pick the winter side. The whole mini golf course is so well themed and has some funny gags.

I'd like to represent DWifey and youngest DD of yours, by being their official spokesperson, for justifying the cost of beautiful hairdos. Official Statement Below--

On behalf of my clients, DWifey and youngest DD, all you need to know is that they're both gorgeous and worth every penny they spend! :joyfull:

Yes, that is why I keep my mouth shut.
That information is on a need-to-know basis, and, quite frankly, I don't need to know...!!! :joyfull: :D ;) :)
