Oh, I forgot to mention to you before, that maybe the reason we didn't have the ladybug release on our tour, was because the CM told us that they are having a real shortage of lady bugs. He said that they are actually researching other similar types of insects (he named a few that I never heard of before) that might do the same job that the ladybugs do.

Lady Bug shortage? Ha! That is a first for me. They sell them by the hundreds in all of our local nursery garden centers. They mail order them too. They also sell praying mantis larva too. Those things are really cool when they hatch. I was working in garden a couple years ago when they sprung. They were white and only as long as the top of a pencil eraser. Love those bugs.

I know ginger is supposed to be good for settling down ulcers too. Green Tea (Arizon cause it has less acid) with Ginger works well for the tummy. Asian medicine has been ignored a long time by the West but I don't ding a lot of those remedies.

Hee hee . . . But, all kidding aside, it was actually one of the most helpful jolts into reality I ever heard. Years after the fact, I still hear his words when I get completely frustrated with something or someone, and I chill out a bit, realizing that nothing's perfect in life.

Did this really cure his cold in 24 hours? I never heard of a cold that was cured before 5 days, at minimum. Maybe he was on to an unusual remedy here . . . If it really works, the next cold I get, I'm trying it!!

Over the years I've become a big fan of ZiCam, the lozenge that you let dissolve on your tongue and then not eat or drink for 20 minutes and repeat every 4-6 hours. Consistently my colds are limited to 2 days of just runny and I don't get that stuffy congestion anymore. It is said it is the Zinc that combats the virus.

OMG funny you say that today. I was never so annoyed as I was in the Disney Store today. One CM was beyond annoying and the other 2 pretty close. What brings you in today? Just looking. What are you looking for? Just browsing. I look at the Mugs, Are you still doing OK? (I've been in the store 3 minutes) DD looking at some of the cute baby clothes, what age are you looking for? Just admiring.

We had to leave. Now you know this has to be management not all three of them in your face the whole time.

ROFLOL!!!!!!!!!!!! That's how my older ds would eat if nobody was watching!

Years and years ago we were dining in a restaurant and my DS who has always had great etiquette in restaurants starts gnawing at his chicken so weirdly. I shot him an annoyed look and under my breath told him to eat properly.

He looked crushed. At that moment I remembered he had lost two of his front teeth that week. I felt so bad and kept apologizing.

Six??!! Wow. Well, it's about time the History Channel starting showing some new, quality programming. I hope this does well in the ratings, because that might inspire them and other channels to step up their game.

I'm entertained by it, but, my problem with it (this coming from a native Texan - and this is the same with so many other "historical" shows) is I feel it belongs on a channel called the "History Drama Channel", not the "History Channel". So much embellishment for the sake of entertainment. But, of course, I'll continue to watch for entertainments sake.

I thinks Disney likes to make us feel good! Last trip I got carded for a glass of wine, as I handed over my ID I said time to go get some glasses!!!!!

One of my DD majors was Statistics in College. She deliberately took the surveys after graduation to see what type of format Disney used. Their template is to only garner the best responses so they can say the majority of guests love everything. Even when the Magic Bands were at their most problematic phase they were receiving overwhelming rave reviews same with MDE even though the initial system was horrid and still is not grand. They are not trying to learn they are trying to document positive feedback.

Disney also does abort surveys frequently mid survey, you are dumped out if it isn't going where they want it to go. You'll get a thank you for your time, it is appreciated but at this time you are not the demographic we are researching. We welcome you to participate in future surveys.

Either you have camera problems or you should be alerted to the fact that all your food has a "greenish" tint to it. That cannot be a good thing, can it?

Yeah, I don't bring cameras into restaurants, I know the pictures are better from my real camera but would feel way too ackward pulling out a camera in a restaurant. It is easier to snap a picture with the phone and still be discrete.

A shortage of lady bugs is sad for me. My mother-in law, thought of lady bugs as a good luck symbol. I didn't think of lady bugs as any more than pest control. But, when I saw one, after MIL , passed...I always thought of her and her lucky symbol...she was such a sweet person. I miss her.

One of the first dogs we had was a golden retriever/yellow lab mix. We had her for many years.
She was a pound puppy. Before we got her, her name was Lady. We named her Molly.
After she passed, I was burying her in the back yard. At one point, I put down the pickaxe to start shoveling the dirt I had broken up with it. When I went to grab the shovel, there was a lady bug on the handle. It was February.
To this day, I think of Molly/Lady when I see a lady bug.

Yes it is Cracker Barrel. Our mouths and tummies were very very happy.

On my DD plate was the Hashbrown Casserole.

You're funny. My DS was like this for years, he didn't like touching his food. Made cheeseburgers interesting.

Being in my mid 40's when I started there, and having shopped for decades myself, it wasn't too hard.
Also, after bein' there for so many years, after a while, you knew just what amount of engagement the regulars needed. Some, I just nodded and smiled at, others would hunt me down to greet me.

if its a cellphone.. the internal memory might be corrupt.

I'm one of those that appreciates pictures from vacation perfect or not. Happy our friends are taking the time to post for us perfect or not, I don't look at them and see Failing Images, just nice members letting us peek into their vacations.

I kinda look at it, there are plenty of threads for the talented photographers that can critique the heck out of each others photos. I genuinely admire those photographs of those talented members. Here, I think we can just try and be nice, graciously accept what we get or nobody is going to want to post photos in this thread. My 2 cents anyhow.

Yeah these 3 CMs flat out didn't care that we wanted to browse. There mission was to not shut up and hound everyone in the store, they just kept pouncing from one guest to the next. Nobody at cash register. Says something.
