I love thunderstorms. We never get any good ones near my house. Last year was a bust. Didn't really thunder at all.

Thunderstorms would be cool if there wasn't lightning. There were a number of homes struck by lightning in MA last year. The resulting fire damaged and/or destroyed some of the homes completely. Lightning makes me a nervous Nelly. Thunder makes my dog cower in the corner.

Do you know what's sad about the new movie Tomorrowland. The fact that San Andreas which looks like an awful film will probably make more money than it.

Did this really cure his cold in 24 hours? I never heard of a cold that was cured before 5 days, at minimum. Maybe he was on to an unusual remedy here . . . If it really works, the next cold I get, I'm trying it!!

It took a couple nights. He would literally put a lot of ginger in it, he smelled like it when he sweat. I couldn't do it.

Hubby followed me into the garage , the land smelled liked a old wet dog, I wanted to smell ozone. After a large stroke of lightning, it scared both of us to death. We went inside, and forgot about the ozone.

When my ex was sick he would put ginger in his tea and sweat his cold away while sleeping. That made for one sweaty bedmate!

My aunt gave my cousin, Glenna a hot toddy.... ginger, rum, and bourbon, she got over her colds, in a couple days. My mom. We got antibiotics, which messed us up for days. I always wanted to live with my aunt Janette. She was the best, funny Aunt, in the whole world.... I loved her so much for her sense of humor. She had a bridge club, and they always had so much fun, playing cards. I never learned to play bridge...but sounded so much fun to me.

Oh, I forgot to mention to you before, that maybe the reason we didn't have the ladybug release on our tour, was because the CM told us that they are having a real shortage of lady bugs. He said that they are actually researching other similar types of insects (he named a few that I never heard of before) that might do the same job that the ladybugs do.

A shortage of lady bugs is sad for me. My mother-in law, thought of lady bugs as a good luck symbol. I didn't think of lady bugs as any more than pest control. But, when I saw one, after MIL , passed...I always thought of her and her lucky symbol...she was such a sweet person. I miss her.

Good ribs are the ones where the meat falls off the bone so easily that you can easily eat them with a fork. I love eating ribs at The Shed. The meat just falls right off.

Haha maybe next year. She says she wants to go on cruise and then WDW with her grandchildren next spring. Doesn't really matter if I am there or not as long as her grandchildren are.
