Thanks! And yes, it's those silly tubes of icing that go haywire -- they either come out too thickly, or you can't get them to work at all. (At least, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!) Can't tell you how many cookies were total rejects, and of course, if they weren't ready for primetime . . . I got to eat all of those . . . )They are very good. Cookies are even hard for me to decorate with icing. Those tubes of icing are hard to control.
Hubby said to tell you that you should have seen his gingerbread house last year. Yours look better.
Wish I was there!!All ready for coffee and croissants.

They always taste yummy no matter how they look. That’s what matters. Thanks! I'm probably too late, but I like the sidwalk in number 2, so that's my vote. Super cute!! They are both great!View attachment 759871View attachment 759872View attachment 759873My husband and I built our gingerbread houses and as us we have a little competition to see which is better. Loser buys the winner dinner somewhere. So please vote in which you like better. I included a couple pictures with a couple views of them. Thanks for any votes.
She's looking great!!!!!! I'm so happy for the 3 of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The good news is this mutt is not only here to enjoy Christmas, but doing remarkably well, putting on weight, requiring fewer meds, and looks to be hanging out for awhile.

The “bad” news is our APs that expire in May are likely to go unused after our 2-day visit last May. (She’s great, but her jet-setting travel days are behind her.)
It’s a trade I’ll take any day of the week.
I haven't seen Disney's Christmas Parades on TV for years due to what you mentioned. I've been watch Christmas Story instead. Why is the Disney Christmas parade always the worst? I dont care about the people singing....I wanna see the floats.
I know how that is. What I do for cut out cookies is use green and red sugar instead of icing. Thanks! James did that this year.I know how that is. What I do for cut out cookies is use green and red sugar instead of icing.
Notice you don’t see her spine sticking up anymore. She's looking great!!!!!! I'm so happy for the 3 of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prayers and pixie dust the next shot makes her even better xoxoNotice you don’t see her spine sticking up anymore.
Surprisingly, she started eating some kibble again - not a whole meal, but enough to sprinkle her joint supplement on it, and she doesn’t leave a drop. This is important because #1 it’s more concentrated nutrition vs. the canned stuff and #2 that joint supplement in particular works very well for her (and doesn’t mix well with the cans.)
We got her a new arthritis shot on the 15th, and we are seeing very positive results. Her tail has resumed a little wagging after being stuck straight down for some time. It’s easier for her to get into position in the backyard. That’s huge. Second shot is 1/15.
