Oh, and other than a little soreness in my left shoulder, where I got the Covid and flu shots, still no other ill effects…!!! :)
I almost never get any reaction from any shot. That's a good thing, I guess, but it makes me wonder if the thing is actually working or not. I'm not sure if the reaction I attributed to the first Covid shot was really that or not. Around 6pm I started to feel warm (with chills) so I took my temp. and it was 99.8 degrees. 🤒 The thing is it was 8 days after I had the shot. I took a couple Tylenol and within an hour whatever was happening was gone. 🤔 So, was it the shot or something else? Don't know!

A lot of the time that cute little Band-Aid they put on stays because I forget it's there until I see it in the mirror. I take it off and there is nothing showing on it. One could almost use it for a different wound, if they had a different wound at the time.

Can't speak for the VA, but I haven't noticed too much in the news about the RSV one, except for younger kids. Just the other day I had a yearly physical, and asked my doctor about RSV. She said that she's also recommending the shot for middle aged and above.
Age wise, I probably qualify because I'm at least middle age assuming I am going to live for 150 years. 🫥

Did you get all the veggies you need for Thursday's dinner?
YUP! and the meat which is over half my body weight. That's not counting the bacon and sausages which are in the freezer. I'm done shopping, won't have to go back out until next weekend and I'll rope drop that. I also got all the Christmas candy and a few stocking stuffers. Let's just say fitting everything in the car (took the SUV) was interesting. Anyhoo I took dh and James, James mostly to haul stuff, dh to help pick out stuff and he needed to pick up a few things, making 2 runs to the same area would have been a waste of gas. SHHHH dh and James both like going to Aldi

Theyre both birthday dinners, both at the same time, and then stuff after lol. I have to skip one of the dinners and then show up at the thing after for the other.

Be careful what you pour or "flush" down the drains, on Thanksgiving! :p

Very true. Down the street from me lives the local plumber with one of the biggest houses in the area and several new cars trucks in the driveway. He advised most of his calls during the holidays is when customers put stuff down the kitchen sink garage disposal and clogs the system. He even said if it was him, never use the garbage disposal and just dump the items in the garbage can or oils in a covered container.
