My oldest pup is the same age as Kylie and I worry about every little thing that seems different about her lately

My biggest takeaway from this is to pay attention to extra panting. We actually pointed it out to the vet during a routine visit, but they didn’t seem very concerned. We thought it was from her arthritis.

That was the earliest symptom of heart disease, so we know she has had it for several months.

Had we acted sooner - honestly it wouldn’t have made too much difference, but it could have made some difference.

We had a nice day today - I did not hear her wheeze/cough one time. That hasn’t happened in awhile. Her sitter (who mostly watched her when we went on Disney trips pre-Cabins) wanted to come visit her and say goodbye today. She walked in our front door crying. She loves that pup. Then I think she was surprised how well Kylie looked. We had a nice visit and a few tears.

I took a nice video of her today, but it was too large to upload here.

Trysch the Puppysitter (referenced as such in some TR’s) told me about a local place that will come to your house when the time comes - even in the backyard. In “her spot.” That’s what I want to do.

Kylie is so lucky to have you and her extended family and that you're all able to still treasure good days

I mean, nothing this year is going to achieve the greatness that is Barbie...😜
Well that does pretty much describe the country at the moment which saddens me to great depths.

Saturday I went to see "The Haunting in Venice". I thought it was a pretty good movie, not great, but well done. The downside was it reminded me of first, "Murder on the Orient Express" and second, the newest "Haunted Mansion" movie. I'm not what one would call a movie expert but I don't think it warranted the amount of negative reviews that it got. Nor do I think that Barbie should have been the success it has been. Just shows you how little I know.

The biggest problem was that it cost me, by myself for the movie, a small soda and a small package of gummies, $23.75. I don't think anyone should have to ask why movie theater attendance has fallen. It actually cost me more for the gummies and root beer, then the movie ticket.
