wait, the guy from xmen first class?
That's the one. I saw him there like two years ago. We came through the disabled entrance to one of the roller coasters, and he had a couple of VIP escorts with him and came up the elevator behind us. His group got the train all to themselves.

I googled him because he's Scottish and I'm like "why is he in a theme park in rural PA" and saw his wife is from Philly, and I'm like "Oh, that makes sense." 😂

@MinnieM123 would like Halloween this year in southeastern Wisconsin. It is going to be around 37 degrees as a high and have a chance of morning snow showers with low temps in the mid 20s.
Now, the snow is supposed continue past noon tomorrow. It is expected that where I live gets up to 1 inch of snow.

The snow in question affects most of the state on Halloween with it being 1 to 3 inches for most of the state except for a small part that could get 3 to 6 inches of snow.

Ok, second opinion yesterday: after being told Kylie’s heart was mildly enlarged a month ago, we were told it was significantly enlarged. It is compressing the trachea and that’s why she’s coughing.

Second vet did not see last month’s x-ray, just the description of it.

We are realizing, in retrospect, this has been developing for awhile. Her excess panting, which we attributed to pain from worsening arthritis, was probably an early symptom of heart disease.

We have an appointment with a cardiologist next week, but best case scenario seems to be just stabilizing the situation, possibly for a matter of months.
I'm so sorry Tony! Kylie is in my thoughts. Hugs!

Happy early Halloween! My husband and I didn't feel like actually carving pumpkins this year and by the time we went to the place we normally get our pumpkins all they had left were these tiny ones. So we drew on them this year instead. Please let me know which one you like better (they are both pretty bad). With our pumpkin contest the loser buys the winner dinner.

We are supposed to get some snow too but not even an inch. The weather guy said it will mostly just make roads slick and maybe a little icy. Should be clear though by mid-morning but really cold for the trick-or-treaters tomorrow. By the time trick-or-treating times is over it will be around 28 degrees, I'm glad my husband takes care of that and I can stay warm in the living room and snuggle with the dogs.

The like is for being able to stay inside! How are the beer and ammo holding out. I took the compost out and put some birdseed out this afternoon, The deer, chipmunks, turkeys and all their little wildlife friends came running except for the groundhog who took one look at me and took off down the hill

Plenty of beer, even some wine. And we will be eating leftovers so I don't even have to cook tomorrow after school. How are you all feeling today?

THNX for asking. Just about 100%! I didn't get much done because I had to get more jelly jars:banghead: That said I prepped everything for stir fry tomorrow and the jars have been run through the dishwasher so I should be able to get a batch of orange cranberry sauce made as well, cutting out a pattern is on my list but may be a bit too ambitious
