Xiao Long Bao ( soup dumplings ) in NJ /NYC authentic Chinese places is life changing for me. When these were the craze in Orange County , CA years ago, my family would line-up for hours before one of the places that specialize in them opened for lunch.

Its not that cold here southeastern Wisconsin. Its 67 right now and is supposed to be in the mid 60s as a high for the next 2 days. It is supposed to be in the low 60s as a low.
