If you are stuck at MCO and can't get out, thousands of travelers are going to claim the couches in the main terminal for sleeping and or check in at the Hyatt inside Terminal B but weekend rates can be $400-500 per night.
yeah... most likely they will inflate the prices.
I'd check other nearby hotels pronto myself

Isn't that your standard plan when there's a storm? How many will this make for you?
Someone is dragging his feet because there's a Ravens game on Sunday. I've expressed my very strong opinion that he needs to forget about it and go home either Sunday night or Monday because I have no desire to be in my house during a storm.

We've only had one tropical storm hit while we were down here. That was about eleven years ago or so. Snowstorms we just stay longer.

I've never been in the Rise Standby queue until today.

That was the longest dang walk into a queue I've ever been in.

I may or may not have snuck under railings a few times.
you only noticed now? lmao XD
and yes, the queue is probably a full blown mile.

*edit*
also some turns are extremely narrow. I've seen people with scooters having trouble in them.

My brother has a DAS and I've never ridden Rise without him, so I've always gone through the LL entrance. Tonight was the first time I've ever ridden without him. He didn't feel like doing it. 😑 And neither did my parents so I went by myself.

It was only a 15 minute wait (although it was posted at 50), so it was a lot of just walking through the darn queue.

til the fifty is for a crashed attraction. D:
I was a bit worried it would break right before I got on, but thankfully it ran pretty smoothly. There was a broken Kylo Ren who was just frozen there on the bridge of the ship, which is like the third time I've seen him broken this trip. That was the only thing that was broken, other than the canons which can't move anymore without breaking the entire ride.
