I like waffles, but Its likely I am not having them this week. Today through Tuesday is Bagels for Breakfast. I am not going to mention what I'm having for breakfast on Wednesday, since you would automatically call it a bad breakfast item. Thursday through Saturday is likely to be bakery that I will be eating.

Yesterday, I bought a cowboy ribeye steak for us, and grilled it outdoors. Yum city! (Prices at the butcher shop are crazy, so we only get this as a rare summer treat. )

Anyway, while at the shop, I noticed something I never saw before -- huge, I mean HUGE, steaks called Tomahawk steaks?! They looked almost 3 inches thick, and I can't guess the weight of them. Anyone else heard of these before?

The tomahawks are sort of staple for "famous" steak restaurants.
But the price? yeah nope.

Time to break out the Parka!

I spent a lot of time listening to Jimmy Buffett music today. I’m a tough old dog, but, this one really hit me hard.
So much talent lost way too young. RIP, brother, RIP…….

I suppose that 76 is young, but since I just turned 75 I find it quite normal for the age. It seems to be the segway window (76 to 86) when you go from semi-vibrant to that big Margaretta bar in the sky. I'm going to try to go to infinity and beyond, but we all have limited control of the future.
