Never been to an Aldi, but I thought it was a grocery store?
The homeless at my neighborhood grocery store Aldi are helpful and look for earn some $$. When you need a shopping cart you deposit a quarter in the slot at the entrance of Aldi and you use the cart for shopping. When you push your full shopping cart to your car, you have to return the cart to get back your quarter. Enter the homeless who live behind Aldi who stand in the parking lot asking to return your cart back to the front of the store and they keep the quarter.

So when I was about four years old, we went to Mama Melrose's, where they have all the records on the wall. I pointed to one of them and said to my mom, "Look at all those big CDs on the wall!"

At that point, my parents say, they started feeling old. 🤣
My kids have gone every few years to Edison's Lab in West Ornge NJ so they even know how wax cylinders were the records of their day, they knew records because that's what the grandparents have

I didn't realize you were in WDW. Stay cool and have fun!
Yep! We still have several days, but we've been here for more than a week. It's been stupid hot the entire time. The heat index is well over 100 every day. It's crazy. We just avoided being outside as much as possible today. We only went outside to get to a reservation or something. And we've hydrated like crazy. We go to a quick service place with the ice machine and we just fill our bottles up with ice, add water, and then use flavor drops because Florida water tastes nasty. Then when the bottles are getting empty, we refill them with ice again.

When we used to go in August we used to just sit around the pool all day and go to the parks at night for that reason. We still do that now that we go in September, but at least the highs are more like 90 and it's bearable walking around during the day, so we spend some time in the parks during the day. Plus it's cooler at night in September.

Most of the parks aren't open at night though. AK closes at 7. HS and epcot close at 9, MK at 10. It's 10:30 and it's still over 100 degrees with the heat index.

TMNT Mutant Mayhem was very good. The stylish 3d was impressive graphically wise. But also so weird.
It was like seeing those distorted weird comics moving in real time.

Also probably the only TMNT movie where they seem truly happy at the ending heh.
