It is but they have an aisle with assorted goods brought in for only a week. We call it the aisle of shameNever been to an Aldi, but I thought it was a grocery store?
The homeless at my neighborhood grocery store Aldi are helpful and look for earn some $$. When you need a shopping cart you deposit a quarter in the slot at the entrance of Aldi and you use the cart for shopping. When you push your full shopping cart to your car, you have to return the cart to get back your quarter. Enter the homeless who live behind Aldi who stand in the parking lot asking to return your cart back to the front of the store and they keep the quarter.Never been to an Aldi, but I thought it was a grocery store?

We're here! Just waiting for my best friend to pick us up.forums.wdwmagic.com
Rice Pudding is one of my favorite desserts that I eat at restaurants.
Keep yourself cool and enjoy yourself.Today's heat index is supposed to be like 115. We're going to focus on inside stuff... The land pavilion, voices of Liberty, etc...
You're welcome!Thank you!
All of us do as @Tony the Tigger has the best darn record store in the south if not everywhere.Glad some of us still remember vinyl records
So when I was about four years old, we went to Mama Melrose's, where they have all the records on the wall. I pointed to one of them and said to my mom, "Look at all those big CDs on the wall!"Glad some of us still remember vinyl records
My kids have gone every few years to Edison's Lab in West Ornge NJ so they even know how wax cylinders were the records of their day, they knew records because that's what the grandparents haveSo when I was about four years old, we went to Mama Melrose's, where they have all the records on the wall. I pointed to one of them and said to my mom, "Look at all those big CDs on the wall!"
At that point, my parents say, they started feeling old.
Yep! We still have several days, but we've been here for more than a week. It's been stupid hot the entire time. The heat index is well over 100 every day. It's crazy. We just avoided being outside as much as possible today. We only went outside to get to a reservation or something. And we've hydrated like crazy. We go to a quick service place with the ice machine and we just fill our bottles up with ice, add water, and then use flavor drops because Florida water tastes nasty. Then when the bottles are getting empty, we refill them with ice again.I didn't realize you were in WDW. Stay cool and have fun!
I've posted a lot of them in my trip report! And no photos? HERESY!!
When we used to go in August we used to just sit around the pool all day and go to the parks at night for that reason. We still do that now that we go in September, but at least the highs are more like 90 and it's bearable walking around during the day, so we spend some time in the parks during the day. Plus it's cooler at night in September.Yep! We still have several days, but we've been here for more than a week. It's been stupid hot the entire time. The heat index is well over 100 every day. Most of the parks aren't open at night though. AK closes at 7. HS and epcot close at 9, MK at 10. It's 10:30 and it's still over 100 degrees with the heat index. When we used to go in August we used to just sit around the pool all day and go to the parks at night for that reason. Back in the day after a long sweaty day in the pars we could jump in the pools at the resort that were open 24/7 , now pools are gated and locked at night. Most of the parks aren't open at night though. What's old is new again! Vinyl has made a comeback over the years -- as @Tony the Tigger and @Figgy1 can attest!Glad some of us still remember vinyl records
