Not having any Mango today. I'm having banana cream pie instead. The version of Banana cream pie I'm having is one that doesn't use real banana's but use instant banana cream pudding instead.
I got an explanation why I am not using real bananas for Banana Cream Pie. I am using instant Banana cream pie as a substitute for real banana's due to my stomach.

The only way my stomach can handle bananas is if the bananas are baked liked banana muffins/banana bread is or if something has banana flavoring without using real bananas. My stomach had that issue with bananas for decades.

I use Banana cream pie Instant pudding for the flavoring of bananas without using real bananas.

Believe me, I’m fully aware I can seem crazier than a poophouse rat at times, but, I’ll definitely take extreme heat over extreme cold…!!! :)

Yep, it’s hot, but, it’s always hot here in the summer, and we’ve been acclimated to it since we moved back here in ‘76.
Our hottest day this year, so far, was 109. Still not as hot as our record setting temp of 112 in both ‘00 and ‘11.
But, yes, it’s always fun in the heat of the day to hafta’ wait about a minute after ya’ open your car door for the heat to dissipate before ya’ get in so ya’ don’t scorch your lungs…!!!!! :hilarious:
Still, for us anyway, we’ll take the heat of the south/southwest over the cold of the north/northeast. Plus, my car doesn’t slip and slide on heat…!!! ;):)
Also, as I’ve mentioned before, Carolyn has lived in North Dakota (where she was born), Montana, and Wyoming when her father was in the Air Force, and wants as little as possible to do with cold weather anymore…!!!!! :coldfeet::cold::hilarious:
That is much hotter than the hottest day I ever experienced in Southeastern Wisconsin during my lifetime. The hottest ever I experienced was 103 degrees.

There is a chance latest this week being the hottest day this year for where I live with it being the 93 to 97 degree range. All 90 degree days this year so far has been around 91 or 92 degrees.
