Watching the Cowboys kill the Jaguars at Wembley Stadium in London, right now.

No fire here, today. Although it was 49 overnight, it's 75 right now...
'Smores sound good in any weather, though! :hungry: :)

We often make Prime Time Smores these days. No fireplace needed. :hungry:

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Had a dusting this morning, but it got up to 40 this afternoon when the sun came out. Still predicting a winter storm tomorrow with totals between 4-13" depending where it decides to locate itself. Got the snow blower all fired up and ready to go and the chains on the tractor. I figure now that I've done all that, the snow will just peter out! :)
Sympathy like.

I do this with movies. I'll fixate on them for months and months. I did the same thing with Tangled, Enchanted, Les Mis, and others. It's the reason I have the Princess Bride essentially memorized. When there's lots of associated merchandise (ex. Star Wars), I'll just fixate for even longer. Since the world shares mu Frozen obsession, it just keeps me going

Think I'd have the most tolerance with you walking around singing Les Mis.

We only got clouds, it isn't sinking down to us and it hit 50 so I spent the day outside winterizing. They SAY it will be near 60 tomorrow so I will hopefully finish the rest of the stuff I have to do outside tomorrow, doubtful but I'll try.
I'd love to get the Christmas lights up on the back of the property before the cold sets in on Wednesday. They are clear and solar so I don't have to see them.

And this is why I love POR and CS. They have the gift of land. While I stayed at the FQ this time and enjoyed it, there is something about the long paths and the things in the distance at night that is so charming. Love the hot tub at the Dig. Best on property IMO. If you have small kids the best ever playground. Arcade not so much.

If you have not yet, take some pics of that lobby. So pretty.

Nobody spells my full name correctly, so be it. I've learned as they attempt I just say yes unless it is anything legal or banking etc. Early on in life I didn't care to engage with people why I spell my name the way I do. Actually I have my Mom to blame for that. So I answer yes to however they want to spell it.

My last name has always been an issue. It's Czech, so I always hafta' spell it for folks. First name as well, much of the time. If I tell them Stephen, they still usually spell it Steven, unless I correct them, so I usually just go by Steve. :)

My mom's name is Sherri. No one can spell that. She's spent most of her life correcting people. So it's a mystery why she and my dad chose the name Marisa for me, which no one can spell correctly. I've seen it spelled Marrissa, Marissa, Marrisa, and, perhaps the most ridiculous, Merrissa. :banghead: Add an anglicized German last name and no one can spell my name correctly. So glad I've gone by Missy for most of my life. It's pretty hard to misspell that. So people at least get half of my name right
HAH, reminds me how a lot of people cant spell my name well, even if its very basic for most spanish speaking guys.
So I feel for your mom!

in other news, I saw interestellar.. its a seriously mind f****.
It explores a lot of life, requirements, personal feelings, duty, fears..etc..
Felt a lot like Kubrick's 101 An Space Odyssey and "The year we made contact"

Its a very looong movie.

As a small business owner I echo that! Thanks!

I bought multiple gifts at the craft shows this weekend. Different type of business but small business non the less

Absolutely--craft show purchases are also helpful and welcomed, and support independent business owners. People such as @Soarin' Over Pgh appreciate and rely upon the income from their homemade crafts. There's also something nice about talking to a small business owner, who is right there and can explain how items are made, etc. There's a pleasant communication that takes place (similar to when you would go to a farmer's market, for example, and talk to the people who work on the farm).

There's room for both big and small businesses in our lives, but I do try to seek out small businesses whenever I can.
