Sounds like a good job for JamesApparently there's an island in Japan populated by cats that just has caretakers and honestly that sounds like a pretty good gig.

As long as they don't get mad at me for not answering an email while at a doctor's appointment and then use passive aggressive language about how I obviously don't know how anything works...(yeah, business degree, mostly finished accounting degree and six years real world experience...I clearly know NOTHING ) I'm good with that.Go for it.
But, other caretakers just means other humans there to deal with too…unless, you can find a way to discreetly eliminate the rest of them…?!!!!!

Instead of "You obviously don't know how this works so let me explain this to you..." In case anyone was wondering, I'm still peaved about it.
I wish...I take it you want to borrow my largest cast iron frying pan
What is it with people!!?? I had an issue last week where someone in a completely different department from ours was tasked with getting a PO done. She couldn't figure a certain part out and I tried to help her. In the end, she couldn't figure it out and assigned it to me in our system. She then emailed me and said she didn't have the time or energy to complete it. WHAT??!! Like I have time to do your job too. I was livid and went to our Director and voiced my issue. I also asked how I get a job on campus where I get to pick and choose what part of my job I do and when I get to tell people no, I'm not doing that.....He supposedly called her supervisor.

Wow.
So many of y’all’s workplace experiences just blow my mind. They just sound like a nightmare punchline for a whacky office-themed movie.
Granted, we’re a 36 employee company that all work on the same floor of the same office building (that the firm owns outright).
But, this architectural firm I’ve worked for for a combined 30+ years has never been that way.
Yea, everything hasn’t always been perfect, but, the one thing that has always been constant is teamwork. Us older folks know old school stuff the younger folks don’t, and vice-versa. We work as a team to help each other for a common goal…to make a living…!!! Ain’t gonna’ go real well if we’re all a buncha’ self-absorbed snots workin’ against each other, is it…?!?!?!
The partners have always laid down that stuff before any potential hire, and it’s been very successful, over the years…if the money ain’t comin’ in, we can’t pay the bills, so it’s best we all work together…!!!
I believe it has already been established that Beheadings are on Wednesdays.Go for it.

Thank you. That is the context for that line.I believe it has already been established that Beheadings are on Wednesdays.
