Gideon’s is overpriced too but at least they use high quality ingredients. Can’t say the same about Crumbl. Also, the employees in the store had an attitude that would rival a snooty French waiter. All 3 times I’ve been there.

You know what they say, three strikes and you’re out!
Our Crumbl is run by high school girls, usually too busy to actually wait on people. DS prefers Insomnia cookies , fwiw.

The last few days have been a bit crazy/stressful around here. Let me just start off by saying that both Mom and Pop are fine.
Pop ended up in the ER late Sunday night. He was feeling lightheaded and dizzy, having chest pains, and his BP was spiked. After waiting a long while for test results, it was determined Pop had no heart attack or stroke, but they couldn’t get his BP to come down to a reasonable level until Monday afternoon. By which time Mom had been admitted to the ER for recurring panic attacks, being stressed over Pops situation, and similar symptoms as Pop. All tests for both ended up negative. They ended up in the same hospital room, and finally got home yesterday about 5:20p…!!! :)

Be careful if you have to drive in the AM. Do you have a windshield cover for nights when you know it will either sleet or be freezing rain? Even if the rest of the car needs cleaning off, it's nice to have the windshield all ready to go. (I bought a cover recently at Target -- was actually about $5.00 cheaper than it was a Auto Zone.)

We could easily solve that problem for Carolyn and I, if our 2-car garage wasn’t a storage unit…!!!!! :hilarious:
