Just go back from Quantumania. I enjoyed it and so did my husband. I absolutely loved the last end of credit scene.
It had Loki at the end. And I love Loki!
If I enjoyed the first two Ant-Man films, but haven’t watched any Avengers, will I be totally lost? I’m aware Ant-Man played a big (tiny 😉) role in taking down Thanos.

Yeah, they keep talking about it on the DFB videos, how you can't buy APs right now unless you're a Florida resident, and then you can ONLY get the Pixie Pass. Also the Tables in Wonderland card....you can't get or use that anymore, I guess. Who knows if or when that will come back. And that one I don't think you could keep it if you had it before. It's just canceled. But I thought they had let all the APs run out...like you could use what was left of the one you had when the parks reopened, but I didn't think they allowed renewels. I know people are really complaining about it, and there was a big thing about how Chapek didn't like AP holders in the park because they don't spend as much money as people who go for longer trips. People were hoping when Iger came back that he'd reinstate APs at all levels. I don't see how AP holders spend any less. Everyone I see here with APs, even if they take shorter trips, they take more OF those trips, and they also spend a lot of money on merchandise, where most people have a set budget for souvenirs and that's it. And yes, there's the AP discount, but when you add up all the hotel stayes, the food, the merch, and the number of days they spend in the parks, it's still more than the average people without the AP. I think they said on DFB that in order to make the AP worth it, you need to spend at least 9 days in the parks. I don't think the average guest spends more than a week. And a lot of people only get one AP to get the discounts and the rest of the family gets standard tickets. I haven't done the math, but it just doesn't seem plausible to me that AP holders spend that much less.
Yeah, Tables in Wonderland was done with the pandemic. My dad had that and they've done away with the webpage and everything, so we don't think that's coming back. The good thing is that they have expanded the base discounts for APs/DVC at a lot of the restaurants, so we still get those. It doesn't apply at any quick service places (neither did TIW, there were very few exceptions).

They have let you continue to renew your AP as long as you had one in the first place. It was a big mess with the pandemic. My dad was actually thinking of cancelling his APs to get a prorated refund. I talked him out of that, thank goodness since APs have been virtually impossible to get since then.

DVC people definitely need the AP option. Even though I was working part of the trip last year, I think I spent like a month out of the year in WDW and entered the parks daily. And even though I'm obviously not paying for a hotel, I'm spending a lot of money on food and such.

I don't think you would be lost if you haven't seen the Avengers movie. I think they do a good job of nodding to other things in the Avengers and the Disney+ series that give enough info for you to watch.

But it is better provider you have seen Avengers, the previous Ant Man movies, and Loki.

Also, stay until the end; there's a post credits scene.

That's home hospice just to be exact. I think he will not last a lot longer. Sad, he is a really decent man, probably the last decent politician to ever end up in Washington.
I was just reading up on him. He's very, very fortunate. His siblings all died of pancreatic cancer back before the new millennium and here he is at 98, along with his wife being 95. Sad, but 98 is really a good long life. Hopefully whatever illness he has isn't causing him too much pain.
