As far I know, you still need to apply. Its not automatic.

The email telling you to not take any action sounds more like they were informing you that you do not need to do anything about THAT email, that the website will be up soon and wait for further instructions.

The apply email you got later... is the "further instructions" you need to make actions to.

That's a great start but where's the bedroom sized pantry;)

Yep, great start, indeed…
The first pic below shows a decent-sized pantry off the butler area and next to the walk-in cooler in the kitchen.
I also circled the brick pizza oven.
This kitchen won’t really be used by the clients so much as a personal chef and caterers. That kitchen is on the top/main level with the public areas for the panoramic view.
On the bedroom level below that is the bulk storage (pantry). It fits nicely into that huge, but, awkward angled space.
On the walk-out basement level below the bedroom level (not pictured) is an exercise room and a spa. The exercise room will contain a treadmill, Peloton, elliptical, free weights, etc.
The spa will have a hot tub, a sauna, 2 plunge tanks, 2 massage tables, and a small lounge area. There’s also an elevator that will access all 3 levels.
Keep in mind, all 8,000 sq.ft. of this thing is a party/guest house…!!!!! :hilarious:
We designed their main residence on the neighboring lot a few years ago. When this property became available, they snatched it up.
There’s an existing house on that lot that will be completely razed to make room the new structure…!!!!! :greedy::greedy::greedy::hilarious:

So far, only @ajrwdwgirl and you approve of the food selection for your zodiac sign. The one listed for mine is yucky -- green jello salad?!🤮

Yep, I wondered why they even included that mess…!!!!! 🤪🤣
They could have done anything else…
Sweet potato casserole, rice pudding, broccoli rice casserole, corn casserole, potato cheese casserole, etc.
Definitely the outlier…!!!!! :hilarious:;)

39 degrees here in Coastal SC, had our first fire in the fireplace this year last night.
Ground hog story. My friend and I did a camping/fishing trip years ago in CO. We were driving down this mountain road and came upon a ground hog that had been hit by a car. My friend jumped out of the van and finished it off with a hatchet. We were going to eat it for supper, cook book said soak in salt water 12 hrs before cooking. Cut it up and fried it in a cast iron pan. Well it was so tough we could not eat it. Gave it to Daisy(black lab) she chewed on it for a while and gave up. My first and last experience with ground hog. Raccoon is much better.

This mornin’ on my way in to work, I inadvertently smashed a bunny wabbit.
It was about midway through the 3.5 mile leg of the country back road portion of my commute.
This road is a 2-lane, tree-canopied, hilly, shoulderless, blind curve beauty.
I made a curve and it was right there…no time to react, even if I wanted to. Little thing (it was pretty small) woulda’ probably been fine right in the middle of the lane, as my wheels woulda’ bracketed it, but, it bolted, and I caught it with my passenger side front tire. I was still makin’ the curve, so couldn’t see the aftermath in my rear view mirror.

I’ve never eaten raccoon.
But, both of my folks were raised on farms in south central Texas.
So, I’ve eaten rabbit, squirrel, bull frog, armadillo, deer, dove, quail, duck, wild hog, etc.

In regards to hatchets…
Both of my grandmothers liked frilly things, flowers, floral scents, etc.
But, there was also work to be done.
When it was time, they would don their bonnets, aprons, boots…and hatchets. I went with them many times to get a hen or two from the hen house, or grab Guinea hens from the yard.
They would lop their heads off on the designated stump and pitch ‘em into a galvanized bucket, all the while still scratchin’ on the sides of the bucket.
Then, a little while later, we had fresh chicken or Guinea soup…good times/memories…!!!!! :hungry::hilarious:
