If its a local car doesn't TX require front plates? I know a few in NJ who refuse to put a front plate because it ruins the front design on their exotic cars.

I'm sure you haven't had a lot of experience with the ultra rich, but a chauffeur would not be used with a two door vehicle. That was somebody that either was trying to keep in touch with us common folk or had to use the rest room. They tell me that rich folk still are subject to having to personally use those facilities.
Its a 2 door Bentley coupe. Goodness if the owner has to crawl into the back seat while his chauffeur drives. Chauffeur driven Rolls Royce or Bentley is usually a 4 door vehicle with the back seat as plush and roomy as the front seats. The big spenders with a security and safety concerns can even get their rides bulletproof. That Bentley is several years old .Probably sent the chauffeur for a carton of milk and a loaf of bread.

Probably not with a 2-door coupe…see Randolph and Mortimer below…!!!!!
It was actually a very fit-looking, attractive, middle aged blond lady in a tank top, shorts, tennis shoes, and a ball cap using the ATM (
