It's insane how that happens! it can be a good thing and a bad thing. I'm 45 now and yes, time goes by crazy fast! It needs to slow down for certain things, like when you're on vacation at Disney! lol
If you are lucky enough to make it to my age (74), I can't begin to explain how fast time goes. The oddity is that single days seem long but months just fly by.

Being dramatic would make her a wait for it, are you ready? are you sure? She's a cat of course she's dramatic;)
Not as dramatic as Jasmine, who acts like we're ripping her claws out by the root every time we clip them.

Sometimes she'll start a meow and then it gets louder as soon as the clippers clamp down. 🤣🤦‍♀️

Oh, and we haven't bothered with a collar for Jasmine in part because we know she'd never keep it on!

I've gotten to the age where most every one I see outside of my senior apartment complex is younger than I am. As far as the residents here I would be afraid to ask their age for fear of finding out that they are the same age or younger. I can't handle that type of revelation. I prefer to deal with younger people and pretend that I am their age.

Honestly about 25 years ago I used to hang out with a bunch of guys at work and never once felt uncomfortable about our ages. In fact, it never occurred to me that we weren't all about the same age. Then one day, one of them said, "I thought your name was familiar and then it dawned on me that I was in the same class with your daughter in grammar school." My youngest one at that! That one hit me like ton of bricks.
My dad noted not too long ago that most people look younger than he does.

I told him that's because most people are younger than he is...then I googled some statistics to back up my point.
