Watchin’ another Jane Powel movie on TCM starring her an Cliff Robertson, called “The Girl Most Likely”. Another fun one…!!! :)
Frank Cady plays her “Pop” in the movie. For older members, he’s the same actor that played Sam Drucker on “The Beverly Hillbillies”, “Green Acres”, and “Petticoat Junction”.
Born in 1915 and passed in 2012 at age 96.
I never knew he lived that long.
Wow…what he got to see in regards to changes in the world over that time.

That is a god movie. I enjoy Jane Powel movies. I like that this month on TCM is the month of stars, each day the schedule is featuring a different stars movies all day.

Yep, they’ve been showin’ her movies again all day today. “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” is on now. I remember havin’ a crush on Jane Powell when I first saw this movie on one of our family popcorn movie nights, way back in the day…and it also happens to be one of Carolyn’s favorite old flicks, too…!!!!! :inlove::)

I thought you mentioned farm market Friday yesterday -- are there 2 farm markets that you go to? That's a lot of effort -- I think you need to move to a farm, much more convenient!! :joyfull:
YUP! They both have different vendors/farms with different produce. The one I went to today has a better and larger selection of greens, lettuces, apples and eggs. Yesterday was peppers, squashes, onions, tomatoes. Both have a variety of miscellaneous produce
