Does anyone recommend a carry on for the plane? Like the 21 or 22 inches one. I have a 26 inch luggage that is too big because people always ask if I have anything in there. And I figure with people losing luggage like crazy, maybe it's time to switch.

A lost luggage is not a good way of starting your vacation.

Unfortunately, I don't have a specific brand to recommend in a carry-on. But much more to the point, it all depends upon what kind of wardrobe you need at your destination. For example, if you were just heading to WDW, you could pack in t-shirts and shorts for the entire trip (unless you were planning on going to Victoria and Albert's -- in which case, you'd have to throw in something more fancy--and would take up more space, including shoes).

Now, since you're heading over to England, what are your plans? Are you mostly walking around, sight-seeing, and casual clothes are all you'd need? Or are you also planning on a few more, less casual clothing activities? Also, do you need to pack in a different pair of shoes than the ones you're traveling in? So, that's my two cents -- be realistic with what you can pack into a carry-on, and then decide what to buy.

Not a good way to end one, either! :p
