Same except I may use soy aminos. Aminos because they're gfI am going to make it too! But, substitute coconut aminos for the soy for my bp.

@Figgy1 I've been experimenting with meals in the Instant Pot because I've kind of been bored with my food choices lately. Today, I made garlic sesame chicken for lunch and froze the leftovers.
B walked in, smelled that I'd made it, and decided that he wanted that for dinner.
So there's no more leftovers and he wants me to make it for dinner one day. Mom is thrilled because she tasted it and was like, "You can cook!"
The instant pot is just putting stuff together and having it cook for you....Not really cooking per say

By that logic, if you throw things together in a soup and put it on the stove, you're not actually cooking either...or putting together ingredients for a lasagna and putting it in the oven...but my mom will fight you on that.

That could also be said about slow cookers as well.
Actually, all one needs is a microwave -- throw in a box of frozen something or other, nuke it, and done!
