Yes, even though the first tornadoes touched down in the evening, when it was still light out, daylight brought with it images of a lot more damage.
Much more residences damaged than first reported.
In the 45+ years we’ve lived here, we’ve never seen a breakout like that. A few days before, the news was predicting possible severe weather for later Monday. But, it was calm most of the day, and then it all just blew up all of a sudden. At one point, there were about 6 tornadoes confirmed on the ground in our area. Never seen anything like it.

Not yet. Our weather starts later than they thought. Around 2 am. Hate when it is during the night.
