It is possible that my late great uncle might've played a role in what @StarWarsGirl's dad studied.

I am bringing this up because my late great uncle was a dean turned professor at a law school. He did more than taught law or being a dean. What I can you is one the things he did was writing law manuals/law books.

Why he did manuals/law books is not surprised considering he also did arbitration cases while employed as a college professor, but he also is the scholar type.

The lawyer commercials here are off the charts in the mornings as we watch the local news. Some specialize in motorcycle accidents, others commercial trucking accidents, etc.
One guy advertises “The only number you need to know is 4!” because of his phone number.
Another guy will show “$54,000,000 settlement. Net to client, $22,000,000.” (personally, I’m waiting for “$87,000,000 settlement. Net to client, $5.”…!!!!! :D:hilarious:). And then they show him gettin’ off a helicopter, from some place with a beautiful view of the Texas Hill Country, and into a Bentley…!!!!! 🤣

And, let me be perfectly clear…
Somebody spent some serious money gettin’ themselves through law school, whether it was their own money, their parents money, a combination thereof, student loans, etc.
Lawyers are free to advertise any way they want here, and that’s fine by me.
Although, it doesn’t make most of their advertising any less annoying, or, clearly, entertaining, sometimes…!!!!! :D:hilarious:

I, generally, like comedies when it comes to movies and TV shows. But, any time the movie “The Punisher” comes on, I’m all in…it’s just too much kick-butt fun…!!!!! 😂

Not a bit surprised. There are 3 or 4 law offices that have a lot tv commercials including one law firm that attacks other law firms. That law firm attacks law firms in Wisconsin that uses celebrities.

There is a law firm in Wisconsin that even used William Shatner and judge Joe Brown in tv commercials in the past.

There is a law office in Wisconsin that makes so much money that they sponsor professional sports teams. That law office even helped a client to get over 3 million dollars in an injury case.
