This reminded me of lunch today, but at Burger King.
I ordered something called a Biggie Fish sandwich. (Also, I ordered it with a slice of cheese.)
Came home and was curious about the calories, etc. -- so, I Googled it:
513 calories (plus 1 slice of cheese -- so that's probably another 100)
Calories from fat: 48%
Sodium: 49%
Yes, it was delicious.

So far today I've had coffee, a handful of chips and some chili. It's been busy. I cursided, drove through banked, picked up veggies and swapped out a bunch of wiresThis reminded me of lunch today, but at Burger King.

I am a bit surprised some pizza's were not mentioned for food crime, but I think you'll be having a field day . I am mentioning this due Animal Crossings: New Horizons has pizza recipes that villagers give out. The villagers hand out Seafood pizza recipe, and Fruit Pizza recipe.
Fruit pizza recipe ingredients are flour, apple, orange, pear, peach, and cherry. Fruit pizza actually is served in the happy home paradise section of Animal Crossings: New Horizons in a restaurant. That restaurant is on an island in the game.

I tried googling an image macro, but all are extremely direct in their insults XD
That reminds me of dessert pizza. I think Pizza Hut has blueberry crumb pizza , Cici's Pizza is select states has apple crumb pizza, cinnamon roll pizza and they all look like a pizza pie cut into slices, this is all a massive sugar overload experience . Pizza Hut back in the day in my area had all u can eat pizza buffet including dessert pizza. The few healthy items on the food bar was the salad bar.
