Weather is really bad! We all got an emergency alert on our phones telling us to stay inside if not absolutely necessary to go out. All the restaurant delivery services are shut down because it's too dangerous for the delivery people. At least 3 people have died so far in Amsterdam, apparently all from trees falling on them. I imagine there are probably more casualties, but we won't know about them until at least tomorrow. It's too dark to see outside, but it will be interesting to see if our trampoline is still in place tomorrow.

Make that 4 deaths. Someone in Groningen hit a fallen tree and died.

What is it these days with folks buyin’ expensive new cars in colors that resemble half-treated raw sewage…?!?!?!
If I’m droppin’ six figures on a brand new Porsche, I’m gonna’ get it in the reddest red I can possibly find, not excrement brown…!!!!!

I always wanted a red car because it was my favorite color. I finally got one a year and a half ago and it has been run into three times, while parked. Once with very little damage, another three grand in damage and the last one over 5 grand in damage.

Can you tell me how people are unable to see this color?



Once on the drivers side door and front fender, once on the passenger side front fender and once on the rear bumper. Only one was not a hit and run.

Although a tricky landing (and scary for most people viewing video), keep in mind that these are professional, experienced pilots who are trained to land in (not all) but some very challenging wind conditions. Kudos to the pilot and copilot here.

Landing is scary. I was flying into Philly and when our plane landed / touched down , the pilot suddenly sped up and took off and we were in the air again. It turned out there was an obstacle in the runway .

Maybe some folks are attracted to it like a fighting bull…?!!!!!
The only red car I’ve ever owned, so far, was my ‘85 Mustang GT. Below is the exact paint scheme…

That's one of the first things a pilot is trained not to do. Not so much for obstacles but for gaining experience
