He does it all the time, but I appreciate your concern. Also, fire, EMS and police are out and roads are snowy but passable (part of that is due to one of the guys in city gov't. lives across from us -- even with a plow driver shortage, it's hilarious that my dinky little street is probably the best cleared street in the city! :hilarious:

On a side note, I donā€™t think Iā€™ve seen Pop on the roof with a leaf blower since he was 86, maybe 87ā€¦?!?!?!!!!! :cyclops: šŸ¤”:hilarious:

Just thought I'd also mention that the roof he clears off is flat. (It's over a 1-room addition to the back of the structure.) The main top roof is pitched, and thank goodness, he never climbs up that, to push off snow! :p

Mom and Pops main house roof is pitched (5:12), but, the patio roof is almost flat.
Thatā€™s good to hearā€¦way less danger of sliding off a flat roof, although itā€™s not impossibleā€¦!!!!! :hilarious:

Oh, it's possible -- there's still a very slight slant in that roof, and if there's any ice under the snow, he could definitely fall. If he ever went off the edge, it's approx. 12-13 feet to the ground. But then again, if he is only out there moving snow in a big storm, there's just as much snow on the ground below -- so he'd land in a snowbank, which would break the fall. (I assume . . . ;) ) Anyway, this is his "thing" up there -- I think he has delusions of being man in the wilderness when he's up there in a storm, pushing snow around. :p

I was about to mention this.
Tons of photos recently show people in full winter gear lol.
I think this is even colder than when I was there during new years in 2018. Even when it was raining/cloudly consistently.

After Carolyn and I got married on 12/10/88, we went to WDW for our honeymoon.
The day of our wedding was cold and drizzly.
The weather in Florida looked good, but, the darn carp followed us thereā€¦took us quite a bit of time to find a couplaā€™ gray, EPCOT hoodies in a DTD shop, and it was that way for the next 3 daysā€¦!!!!! :hilarious:

I think I'm in 2nd place actually....I don't think I've had any alcohol since our Disney trip in 2019.
If you have 1 drink, I automatic will be in 2nd place. I started taking medication this year that does not allow me to drink alcohol or drink very little. The medication in question for me is a type of a beta blocker that I recently started to take.
