I could see this series going through WW2 if not longer of course they'd have to lose some characters and bring new ones in but I'd like to see it show how the estates managed to survive into more modern timesI hope so! The second one hasn't come out yet but I already love it!

I think usually reputable recruiters get a flat rate for filling a position, and then they earn a portion of what you earn. Mostly they just want to fill the position, but a good recruiter wants to make sure they get the right person in the position.Lately I have been bombarded by "American" ( in name only, as most of the persons that contact me are clearly from India or Indonesia). recruitment companies to "find me a position". And I know more and more companies are just ignoring "recruiters".
@StarWarsGirl : I always wonder, do recruiters get money for getting employees to accept lower salaries than what is expected? Because I do not see how it could be convenient for a company to get these offers.
Not at all, I have been getting swamped by random things that do not even match what I do.I think usually reputable recruiters get a flat rate for filling a position, and then they earn a portion of what you earn. Sounds like you haven't been contacted by the reputable sort.
I took my resume off Monster and Indeed for that reason. Too many non-reputable recruiters. My first job out of college was through a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn and who actually knew what he was doing. Not at all, I have been getting swamped by random things that do not even match what I do.
Its like some of these recruiters are just throwing **** and hoping something sticks.
*edit*
Oh boy.. and also almost all the recruitment send offers that do not even have or have lower than expected compensation (compared to what other sites have, like indeed.com ) XD

Wear whatever you like -- and sometimes, it's good to change things up a bit.
Would agree with a few others, that without the beard, it does make you look younger. But if I were you, I'd go back to the beard in December, and figure out a way to cash in on a Santa side gig!
P.S.: How do Emy and Audrey react to the no beard look, or have they not seen it yet? I'm just curious if little kids notice a change like that.
