I have enough food cooked for the week if need be, everything that needs to be charged is charged, camp stove and grill have been filled and ready to go, the pile of glow sticks are ready as well as flashlights and extra batteries. Fingers crossed it's all snow and dh makes it to work safely or gets a call saying he doesn't have to go in.

Seems like you are good to go! My family in the North have in case need be a whole house Generac generator. It has saved them a number of times when power outages stretch for several days. They even helped an elderly neighbor husband and wife by stretching an extension power cord to their garage so they can power their fridge, cell phone and lamp during the outage.

Haha the recipe I use is called Texas Chili.Yep, that chili looks great, but, nothin’ beats a bowl a’ good ol’, hearty Texas Red…nothin’ but beef and spices…!!!!!
