Just finished Monsters at Work (TV series related to Monsters Inc).
They really synced it very well right after the first movie ended.. and the series end with the last scene from Monsters Inc.

Really liked the whole thing :)

Also, I'm currently debating.. there is a super preview of SING 2. Only today.. or wait until December 22.
But then, I do not like the spanish version :(

@MinnieM123 another road trip adventure you may enjoy. Top diners in every state https://www.msn.com/en-us/foodanddr...te-and-what-to-order/ss-AARJNJz?ocid=msedgntp The one in Worcester looks as if it would be an interesting place to visit View attachment 606919 https://missworcesterdiner.com/
My uncle used to own and operate one of those in Windsor, Vermont. Appropriately named the Windsor Diner. We used to go there to visit (their house was right in the back) and he would make me chocolate malts and blue plate specials. We didn't visit often because back in the olden days that was a significant trip from upper NY State. About the same amount of time as it now takes me to go from NC to WDW.

When I was first dating my wife (she was from South Jersey)she took me to Olga's Diner it had been there since the 40's --famous in that area of Camden where she grew up. It closed about 10 years ago when they put in an overpass. Diner may have closed --still got the wife. I can still remember the cheese cake Unknown.jpeg Was just reading it may reopen down the road

It's sad that the new West Side Story is doing so bad at the box office. If only they didn't cast Ansel Elgort, don't think he's a very good actor. I like musicals (somewhat) though I haven't seen a lot of them.

I saw the last 5 or 10 minutes of Into the Woods on TV and that was like a train wreck. The problem with musicals is the flow (story line to song hence the story) I believe.

Miss India who did the imitation I think will advance to the finals but MC Steve Harvey's humor is odd.
I saw some of the show (fell asleep after they announced the final 10). Looked online this morning and saw that Miss India won. (Her cat interpretation was painful, but I don't blame her as she was put on the spot with the stupid question, asking her to perform an animal sound. 🤦‍♀️ )

Some of the show was interesting (loved the staging), but there were some things that bugged me.

First of all, they showed (on tape??? ) the usual highlight of the show -- when the contestants wear these incredible costumes, that reflect their country. Some of those designs are exquisite and must cost a fortune to create. But last night, they didn't even do that segment "live"?! Why?! Big mistake, IMO.

The "live" evening gown segment was fine, with the gorgeous designs.

As for Steve Harvey, I think he's funny and well cast for Family Feud. As MC for Miss Universe, I thought some of his humor fell flat, and maybe because it was a "live" show with an international audience. Even though he's MC'd contests in the past, I sensed he was a bit nervous.

The other thing that bugged me was when they'd occasionally switch over to Carson Daly and Cheslie Kryst for their comments -- giving them about a minute on air, and then cutting them off. To me, that gave their input little value. 🤷‍♀️
