I once had a girlfriend that was totally enraptured by Schlotzky's. She lived in Houston for a little while. That is all I heard about was how great the place was. Finally, on a trip here in No. Carolina we found one. I'm sorry to say that either the build up was far beyond realistic or something else was wrong. I've never been so disappointed. It's hard to actually ruin a sandwich, but if the bread is as dry as the Sahara it makes for a loss at first bite. I wondered if that was just a fluke, so I had her try mine and she was fine with it and hers was the same. Just made my head shake. I was really hoping it was just a one place bad luck. Maybe I just don't like hard bread. I have tender teeth.
I'm so sorry for both of you Any chance of having a belated birthday 50 for 50 in January?Well, it’s officially too late to make B’s Disney 50th happen. It’s on a Friday (12/3) and he kept saying he didn’t know if he could take off on Saturday or not.
Got the all clear, and the WDW rooms are 2 night minimum with literally 3 restaurants available. D’oh!
Dang, sad to hear. But honestly.. I wonder if Disney will milk the 50th for a full year before removing the theme.Well, it’s officially too late to make B’s Disney 50th happen. It’s on a Friday (12/3) and he kept saying he didn’t know if he could take off on Saturday or not.
