Important FYI, as many people are unaware of some changes to come in early 2022 (if they have older devices, including some medical devices, etc.) --

That's one of the reasons we gave my dad my old phone. His old one didn't support 4G. I work in the industry so I knew it was coming.

Few years ago, we had a dent in the passenger side door. No big deal, but they don't fix dents -- they replaced the entire door. Yikes. (Years ago, they'd just hammer out the dent and fix it. Not anymore, I guess.) :cautious:
I'm so sick of having dumb stuff happen to the car. Deer running into the car, my friend hitting my car with her car, chipmunks getting into the car, the tree falling on my car...had it. 🤦‍♀️

I'm surprised that not everyone uses the suction machines to do so o_O

At least my deductible is low and insurance covered all those things. Actually, my friend's insurance covered the entire thing when she hit my car, including the rental. I wasn't even really upset about that one; I was more amused than anything.
wait one second.. she hit your car.. and also a rental..? WHAT?

So I took my car in on Tuesday to get fixed. I'm picking it up today... it's not fixed. 😭 They have to take it apart to get the dent out. They couldn't do a painless dent repair. So now I have to take it back before I go to South Carolina so they have over two weeks to do it.
Hope they fix it for you

She lives like an hour away, and I went up to see her. We were going out and she offered to drive. She hit my car as we were pulling out. Her car insurance paid for my repairs and paid for me to get a rental. She bought me lunch and dinner that day. I told her the next time I offer to drive, the proper answer isn't "Are you sure? I can drive." It's "Why yes, thank you Missy."

We're still friends fyi.
