@ajrwdwgirl , wondering if B was as happy as I was in this week's episode of the Bachelorette -- when "that" guy go kicked out. ;) :joyfull: (I won't indicate which one, just in case he hasn't had a chance to watch the episode yet. I DVR each one, and watch it the next day.)

My goodness that's an early start for you in the office! :jawdrop: Hope you get to leave early -- it is Friday, and usually, they let you guys out for the afternoon.

Glad to hear that you had a nice 41 temp. this morning. :)

Yep, pretty early, but, I have plenty to do. Should be able to get out of here about 1p-ish. Tuesday was similar thing, as I clocked in at 5:14a…!!!!! :hilarious:
No triple digits, but, at least it’ll get up to 65…!!!!! :D

and lawyer up
Went to chiropractor day after. He asked me if I had a lawyer. Then he called one on speaker and left the room.

So I guess I have a lawyer, but it feels weird. My back has been much worse over the years. I’m functioning just fine.

The like is for functioning. As for the lawyer you may want to shop around a bit if you haven't signed anything yet

I just find that strange that you would have to get a lawyer first rather than treatment. But that is from a European perspective.
You do it concurrently over here, especially depending on how your car insurance is. Your medical insurance usually doesn't pay for your injuries initially; that's something called personal injury protection under your car insurance policy. So you call a lawyer initially to have them look at your policy and what you're entitled to. Then, if you need additional time off work, medical care, etc, that's when they go after the other person's insurance company if you're not at fault. There's also a thing called "pain and suffering" the other insurance company will have to pay for that as well.

Then sometimes you have to call a lawyer just because the other person is nuts. I had to do that one time because I was in a parking lot and had an accident (this was pre Honda) and this lady got out of her car and started screaming at me and was yelling about how she was going to call her son in law who was a lawyer. My passenger pointed out to her that she was driving in the wrong lane, and she started screaming again. I mean, full on Karen meltdown. I'm like, lady, I'll raise you one. She got off the phone (she also called 911 which was completely unnecessary) and I had called my dad. I calmly informed her that I'd spoken to my father, an attorney. The look on her face was priceless. The best part of the story was that she was found at fault because she was driving recklessly.

Drove by Catfish Parlour around 12:30 on my way home.
The place was packed yet again. Being this is the last day it’ll ever be open, we can hopefully at least get some to go, but, there’s no way we’re gonna’ try to brave the crowds and eat there.
Very sad, and I wish there was some way it could have been saved, but, it is what it is.
So long, old friend.

Pics in honor…
