It's going to be just a bit cooler than that up here. I noticed some leaf change this morning, have they started changing down there?
No not yet. We've had weather that has consistently been between 77 and 83F. It'll possibly be early Oct. before we see any color. Peak for my area is usually around Oct. 15 - 30. It varies from year to year.

I never really been to concerts outside a school venue for I think bands and singers are worse live but I would love to see Fleetwood Mac. If only tickets weren't so high.
I went to a few back in the time of dinosaurs and they were all good. There was The Turtles, Peter, Paul and Mary, The Smothers Brothers, Rod McKuen, The Harlem Globe Trotters, Ray Charles, Roy Clark, The Irish Rovers, The Cowsills, Johnny Cash and Toby Keith. Just to name a few, plus Bob Hope's Show in Long Binh, Vietnam in 1969.

What is amazing on David Crosby of CSN is he is a survivor after several heart attacks, liver transplant, diabetic, long history of drug addiction and was still in concert as of a few years ago. In the early 1990s Crosby and Nash performed an acoustic set at the tennis court at the old Peabody Hotel in Orlando on I - Drive ( now a Hyatt ) in front of a few hundred fans. I was there and it was great!
I know about David's drug, and health history for a long time. I recalled the liver Transplant being mentioned on a local rock station back in the mid 90s.

I recalled there was a biography either on him or the band back in the 2000s and his drug addiction was mentioned at the time. I also knew from my dad mentioning he did wild stuff.

As far as what the family experienced at the concert, we might've got them on an night. The only reason we got tickets was we found out there was an announcement of the Crosby, Stills, and Nash concert still had a lot of tickets left less than week before the concert. The announcement before a Meatloaf concert.

We got got Meatloaf at the right time though because his voice was better than people reported in the 2000s and 2010s on him. That comeback album in 1993 also was almost 5 years before autotune. That meant his voice was still good.

The Jonas Brothers were in THE MASKED SINGER earlier this year.

I just hope this isnt because they are shoving the damn genie+.
Also considering reliability issues. I hope its not a sh..show.
I guess time will tell whether it works well or not, and whether it becomes necessary because standbys are too long if you don't pay for it. But I thought you should know about the change, since I'm pretty sure it will affect your trip, right? Aren't you going the first week of October?

Some of the groups though, you are dealing age an as an explanation on how bad they sound live. The other other thing Autotune started in 1998 and meant you can't get a great reading on some of the bands and signers.

I experienced the same problem with Fleetwood Mac past the 90s for ticket prices. The family wanted to see the Eagles back in the 90s, but the tickets were too expensive. Eagles were the most expensive touring group in 1994.

I had plans of seeing Fleetwood Mac in 97, but they cancelled during the tour. That tour had the classic lineup that did albums like rumours. I heard they live on VH1 that year for a concert in 1997, and they were not bad.

The voice that no longer exists that makes me sad and feeling very old is Paul McCartney. He had range and perfect pitch and he did some things to his vocal cords over the years that amazes me that he can even talk anymore. In his day he couldn't be matched, however, I only hope he stops touring and lets us all remember the greatness that once was, but is no more.

I've never been to one in Hershey but sat outside of Chocolate World when Aerosmith was performing and heard almost the whole thing. EDIT kids would have rather been on coasters:cautious: We had 3 days park tickets so............................

My first concert was Boston here in Austin in ‘78.
Beyond that, we’ve seen everything from George Strait, and in between…
The Go-Go’s, the B-52’s, ZZ Top, Kansas, Foreigner, The Police, The Hooters, Bruce Springsteen, TSO, etc., and one of the most memorable, The Rolling Stones with The Fabulous Thunderbirds and ZZ Top at the Cotton Bowl in ‘81…!!!!!!! :joyfull:
