I don't know how I missed this coming in the mail:




Not nearly as exciting as MagicBands, but we don't get those until we check into the hotel.

I have spent the past three hours, with only one coffee (which I will soon rectify) making dining ressies.
For the purposes of this post, Son #2 will be referred to by his nickname "Ski" and the GF will be "Gen".

Saturday, 8/22 - Arrival day - GF's first trip ever - MUST start at MK, even though it will be nutso. Hoping to get into BOG for lunch. Nothing yet booked for dinner.

Sunday, 8/23 - start at DHS - Starring Rolls for lunch, perhaps.
Evening at Epcot - Ski & Gen dinner at Chefs de France - 7:30 p.m.
Jen & Mike - QS somewhere @ Epcot - sooooo many good choices

Monday, 8/24 - brekkie @ Kona - (OOP) x4 - 9:35 a.m.
Ski & Gen to a waterpark. Jen & Mike to DTD
Evening at MK - HDDR, Tier 1 x4 - 8:30 p.m. (OOP)

Tuesday, 8/25 - AK - QS @ FTBBQ
Evening @ MK - walk over to The Wave x4 - 6:55 p.m.

Wednesday, 8/26 - Epcot - Ski & Gen - brekkie @ Akershus - 9:45 a.m.
Jen & Mike - QS brekkie or lunch (or both) @ Sunshine Seasons
Evening @ DHS - Dinner @ 50's PTC x4 - 7:25 p.m.

Thursday, 8/27 - MK - KTTK Tour x4 - 9:30 am - QS lunch included
Evening @ Epcot - Ski & Gen - Coral Reef - 7:15 p.m.
Jen & Mike - The Yachtsman - 7:10 p.m.

Friday, 8/28 - DHS - Ski & Gen, lunch @ Sci Fi - 1:45 p.m.
Evening @ MK - Chef Mickeys x4 - 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, 8/29 - Day - ?
Evening - Epcot - San Angel Inn x4 - 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, 8/30 - DHS
Evening - Raglan Road x4 - 7:15 p.m.

Monday, 8/31 - Day - ?
Evening - MK - Ski & Gen - Crystal Palace - 7:30 p.m.
Jen & Mike - Narcoossee's - 8:00 p.m.

This leaves everybody with one available TS, in case I can get us into 'Ohana. If not, perhaps, Kona or the Rose & Crown. There are gaps in the schedule, that will have to filled in when I make FPP reservations.

I've tried to offer the GF a variety of Disney Dining experiences - a couple of fancier meals, some romantic meals w/Ski, some fun, some characters .... How did I do?

And now I need COFFEE!!

Oh my, I LUVS me some mudbugs...!!!
As I've posted before, my younger brother used to be a food expediter at a place down here called Pearl's Oyster Bar, years ago. They had a crawfish fettuccini dish on the menu. He would always make sure the chef put 2 helpings of crawfish tails in it for me...!

My favorite way to eat crawfish is fried. Sure it's not the healthiest way to eat them but that's why it's so yummy.

I believe that. Sometimes it feels like more, but I happily walk and enjoy some of the best scenery!

Yes, on our last 2 summer trips (July of '12, and June of '13) I was still a CM and we got the DDP at a 50% off. We ate like hogs, but, my cargo shorts still fit quite a bit looser on the way back than on the way there...!
