I went to Sephora for the first time today...see, I'm having a lot of firsts this week. I usually avoid it because the one by me absolutely reeks of perfume...but as it turns out, the one at Disney Springs less so, and with a mask, I can definitely handle it as long as I stay away from the back of the store.

Anyway, see, I have a problem. The problem is that place is frickin' amazing. Like, I am the most clueless person with makeup ever, and I walk in there, openly admit it, and ask for specifics about what I need, and they just hand me this beautiful makeup. And what I bought didn't cost me much more than my usual drugstore stuff, and it's travel size.

I bought this beautiful eyeshadow pallet that's travel sized and absolutely perfect for a clueless person. And actual mascara. Waterproof. And a travel size lip liner because I forgot mine.

Is this how it starts? Is this how girls end up with a makeup addiction? I'm pretty sure it is.
The Sephora in Vegas is amazing. Back when I went when visiting the place I think was 3 floors of merchandise and open until midnight. For years I used Ole Hendricksen line of facial soap gel for my face. It is great stuff and I'm a guy. Then I realized when I tried Clean and Clear at Target for 1/3 the price was just as good., so no more Sephora for me.

Not to complain or be picky.... but.... whoever set that chess set up did not do it right. The board should be set up so the white square is the right corner.

No, wonder I was never any good at chess. I always had the board on its side. I'm sure that made a massive difference in the accuracy in which I played the game. I also lost about 60 bazillion games in a row and now that I know the reason why, I feel better about myself.

Yep, but it was the 2nd event of something that happened in the day. Tom Sawyer Island was closed around 5:40 p.m yesterday due to suspicious person wearing camouflage and carrying a hatchet.
how the hell a person with a hatchet gets in?

*edit*
Nevermind, the kid stole a ton of props and was scaring people?

I'm about ready to crash as I've been going on nothing except 2 naps since yesterday morning James has outgrown his fleece jackets so tomorrow I'm off to get him a couple of new ones and then off to get the ingredients for salsa so the rest of the BBQ pics may not be up until tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday

Plan A go to bed very early. The boys decided they needed more food and couldn't find what they wanted:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
