Homemade chipsSounds delicious. I haven't had a cheesesteak in years. For some odd reason, I forgot about that delicious sammie option. (Also, I don't tend to go to sub shops around here, so that's probably why I forgot about cheesesteak. Never actually made one at home.)

Homemade crisps
I could, but I can't take the laptop with me as easily. I like to take a book with me whenever I will be waiting in lines, waiting rooms, public transportation, etc. But my phone screen is too small, and the laptop is too big and bulky to carry it around. A tablet or an ereader would be easy to take along, and also easier to read on.

I'm kind of leaning toward the paperwhite. It's waterproof and I do like to read in the bath and sometimes start to fall asleep and my book slips. So waterproof would be a good thing. The Nia? whatever is the next one down is apparently not waterproof. It's cheaper, but doesn't have the waterproofing.
But.....as she's the one making them, isn't she the chef? I think she probably knows which term she prefers.Just checking
DH and I made it to the market today. Couldn't pass on strawberries, they smelled sooooo good! Left with new potatoes, spinach, romaine lettuce, zucchini, and dandelion greens. Anyone have a good recipe for the greens?
I just saute them in olive oil with onions and garlic. Pro tip caramalize the onions then add greens then garlic
That is a tough one. Most of the things that come to mind, are on a bun. Lou Malnati offers gf crust. Chicago dog, and remove the bun? Italian beef without the bun would be a sloppy mess. Eli's cheesecake, not sure about gf with that. I will keep thinking.
