IT IS A WEED!!!

Listen to Brad. He knows the deal.

I am planting chives from seed this year but they're looking pretty meek. Not sure they're gonna survive the transition outside.

Chives are pretty hearty and should survive the transition well.

If you want it to come back it needs to be in the ground except in the south;)

Ill make sure to mark it in the ground this year so it doesn’t get “weeded”

You may not get much if anything this year. Next year they should bush up nicely

I didn't mean to harvest. I don't mind waiting. I'm trying to plant useful things like sage (because I'm a hippie) and flowers I can use. I'd love to plant a bunch of chives but I might have to buy already started plants. My seeds sprouted and the plants are growing but the little stems can't stand upright.

As a teen there were quite a few times when I had to roll coins to put gas in my '74 Lincoln Continental. Thing was a beast.

Did it have the 400 c.i. mill, or the 460 c.i. big block...?
Either way, you were screwed on MPG with that boat...!!!!! 🚢:greedy::hilarious:;)
My first car was a ‘71 Olds Cutlass with a Rocket 350, but, it only had a 2 bbl. carb, so even though it got up and went when I put my foot into it (obviously, not as much as a 4 bbl. carb ;)), it got much better mileage...!!! :)

Woof. No wonder you had to roll quarters...I used my savings for beer...!!!!! :hilarious: 🍺:hilarious:
The thing was FUGLY, too....baby poop brown with unprimed bondo all down the passenger side, 3 kill switches (1 to start it, 1 to keep it running, and 1 for the electrical), and the exhaust from the converter back was in the trunk in case I got pulled over (because you could hear me coming from about 5 miles away). I paid $200 for it in 1988.

But I was the only 16-year-old at school with their own car. ;)
