I have yard work to do too and I need to finish painting the clubhouse, but there rain has been pretty persistent

Started with t-storms here after midnight last night, so had to give Belle her Xanax. Ranger, oblivious as per usual.
Rained all day (not torrential, but, needed good soaking), ‘til I got home from work about 7p tonight. High temp was still 76, but, it’s currently a freezin’ 68...!!!!! :coldfeet::cold::hilarious:

A forgot her cheetah at her dad's house this morning. It was lightly raining all day, but if course when I hop in the car and head down to her dad's it starts monsooning 😂😂 it's been a weird weather day buy at least it wasn't raining too awfully bad when I picked her up from school

Reminds me of back in the day at the firm when I volunteered to park my usual crappy ride outside in the upper parkin’ lot so others could use the parkin’ garage.
Sooo many times it would be rainin’ softly in the mornin’ on my commute in ‘til about the time I started to get near the office, and then it would begin to deluge, and I had to make a mad dash for the lower lobby entrance (yes, I usually had no umbrella :D)...!!!!! :hilarious:
I’ve had a parkin’ garage spot for years again now, and it seems like a deluge hasn’t happened since, until this mornin’, and I just had to crack up as I slipped into my dry parkin’ spot in the garage right next to the lower lobby entrance...small victories...!!!!! 🤣

When you’re an ‘Murican dude and you care even less about the friggin’ NFL draft than you do the boredashians and the British royal family...!!!!! :hilarious:

I like to watch professional football, especially college ;), but, I don’t give a rats bloated beeeeeeehind who’s goin’ to what NFL team for how much...!!!!! :D
I never understood that weird hype of making fuss for who gets who for what.
But then I get overly excited for certain games. For example, just ordered Ratchet and Clan Rift Apart.. its looking amazing.

I was considering parking at DS and taking a bus to either AoA or BW or BC. Now I noticed just now that all parks have availability all through May. They must have increased capacity overnight cause they only had Epcot open the week of the 10th. I am now considering getting a one day pass for Epcot. I would just need to pay for myself since youngest already has passes.
Do you have any more idea about when she will be competing? You said she'll compete at least twice, right? Once for each team she's on? And then more if they do well in that first stage? Is there a day that is set aside for a group she's not involved in so you know you'll have that day free? I'd snap up passes quickly if you know. Otherwise you run the risk that they run out again. But I read that Disney has a new policy of canceling park reservations if people don't have valid tickets. I guess people were reserving days before they bought tickets and then not releasing them when they changed their trips? Or maybe it was that they were booking trips to get the reservations for a specific day, then canceling the booking, but keeping the reservations even though they didn't have tickets...like they were keeping them so they could still change their minds. So Disney is canceling those reservations if the person doesn't have valid tickets 48 hours before the day of their reservation. So it's possible that there will be day-of reservations when Disney releases those back into the system.

I miss Betty sooo much. I wish she would have come back
Me too! Betty was so sweet and I worry about her. I'm hoping she's alive and well and just enjoying her grandkids and such now and not that she doesn't have the means to come back here. I know she had problems with spotty internet and her husband was the one who used to handle all that stuff, so when he passed, I was hoping someone else would be able to help her. I always think of her when someone mentions breakfast for dinner.
