So, Jack has one of those plastic, raised platform dog dish setups in the kichen. After 12 years, I couldn't stand looking at it anymore, because it never really looked clean, even when it was washed down (I think it was the design of it -- raised food/water dishes over a storage drawer beneath.)
Found much better ones in Petsmart. They're basically just a raised open frame, and the 2 bowls fit in the openings (nothing underneath).
Dumped the old one, and placed the new one in kitchen. You should have seen the look on his dog face -- . He hates change -- ANY change.
Sniff, sniff new contraption and glare at me . . . Sniff, sniff and glare again . . .
Then, I poured water in the bowl, and put his dog food in the other. Not a second lapsed, and he chowed down his meal. Looked at me: all was forgiven.
Which brings up an age old question that I have never heard anyone ask. Officially what is the first day of the week. Sunday? Monday? If it is, as I have always been taught, Sunday then Sunday isn't part of the weekend. That would be Saturday! And Sunday would then have to be Weekstart! That makes Monday just the first day of work. It still works out because both the weekend and the weekstart are traditionally days off work. Would that make the two days the Weekendstart? I think I'm getting a headache.
It’s whatever you want it to be! I start mine on Monday. That way on the computer the weekend is always the last two days on the right - instead of Sunday on the left side of the week and Saturday on the right....Which brings up an age old question that I have never heard anyone ask. Please don't let him get cooking wine
$400 dollars for a work week gets you a cupboard at DisneyI leave for FL in 14 days and have yet to pack. I think it is not the same since only 1/3 of my family is going and we aren’t going to the parks.
We are staying at Holiday Inn at Orange Lake. It is a timeshare that the coach/owners have a timeshare at. I am sharing a 3bdrm with 3 other families so it came under $400 for 5 days. It is supposed to be nice and has a really long lazy river and mini golf so we may just hang there. Planning to go to Margaritaville Resort and try some of the restaurants.

My aunt had a timeshare condo at Orange Lake in the early 1990s. I recall when I visited her that Orange Lake had a gigantic pool for the guests. It was almost the size of half a football field. It was a nice condo and surrounding grounds from what I can recall. I think the place probably has improved their areas in the last 30 years.I leave for FL in 14 days and have yet to pack.
