Old school gummy bears: πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
sugar free ones from CVS = 🚽 next day.

Jolly Ranchers = πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’• especially watermelon. Grandma always had the watermelon ones in the candy dish (and Frank Sinatra records on.)

Lik-M-aid was fun. Pop rocks were fun for ten minutes.

Totally worthless:

Good & Plenty
Necco wafers
Candy corn
Mounds

Dishonorable mention: almond joy.

Coconuts are for being stranded on desert islands, not for eating on purpose.
Agree with everything except the coconuts. Pina coladas, fresh in salads, on cookies, just because ;) Then again my family has been eating them probably since before recorded history.

Large purse;)
That will work too! :D
The like is for the vaccination. Which shot did you get?

I got my second yesterday, I feel off today so I stayed home from work. I've always been a big baby in terms of when I feel sick though. :D😷
My kids compare me to that Monty Python movie where they cut off the arms and legs of the knight and all he says is, β€œit’s just a scratch”. I know it’s not the wisest thing to do but I usually tell them that I was sick after I’m all better. I do let them know if I’m being hospitalized or anything in that degree of serious. Seems stupid, but unfortunately for me, it seems to be my nature.

@MinnieM123 and @dryerlintfan keep moving that arm you got the shot in all day. Up, down, atm circles, and sideways. Our soreness just lasted a little over a day and we both believe that it was because we kept moving it. Hoping our second one goes away that quick too🀞🏻

I got the Johnson and Johnson. With headaches being such a typical side effect of the shot, and with everything turning into gut wrenching migraines because of my stroke brain, I figured it would be better to just get one shot not two

I’d fight you to the death for Necco chocolate wafers. Sadly, I don’t think they even make them anymore. Back just a few years ago when I would go to Cracker Barrel I would clean their shelf of chocolate wafers. Seems like I remember hearing that they went out of business.

The thought of Jolly Ranchers always makes me laugh because one of the principals that use to be at our school was known for giving them out. Kids knew if they got sent to the office they would get a Jolly Rancher. One time a kid locked himself in a bathroom stall and was refusing to come out and the principal started bribing him with Jolly Ranchers. I think it took a few Jolly Ranchers to get the kid out of the stall.

OK, well I guess that what I heard about the company not making them anymore isn't true. So if they did, then who is manufacturing them now? Is that years old left over inventory or is someone else manufacturing them. @Tony the Tigger I guess you don't have to fight me to the death now. You also don't have to protect the Jolly Ranchers from me either, never did like them. I must do some research about this. If they still make them why can't you find any in regular stores.

My guess as to why you can't find them in stores is that they are a niche market;) Congratulations you are a niche:hilarious:

No you're correct, they went out of business and we were all told they'd disappear and not be made anymore. But then a couple years ago Spangler bought them and brought them back

I just killed an Australian size spider at work. of course after freaking out about.

Well i first saw it near my chair. Then I kicked it and I thought it was dead but it came back to life after a few minutes. Finally I wacked it with a garbage can. Like five times. It was like a scene from the Godfather or Peaky Blinders (British TV show) Then I debated keeping it there so it gets vaccummed up. But no, a few minutes later I had to get two pieces of cardboard to shove it in the trash. Cardboard is thrown out too.

ok so maybe it wasn't Australian size but it bigger than usual. Maybe 4 or 5 inches end to end

I usually put two bottles of water in my purse at the movie theater. And then we would buy the large refillable popcorn and I would put the first fill in a large Ziploc bag and then hubs goes back for his fill. It's our way to "cheat the system", but not really because it is refillable. My husband will sometimes buy candy but it is rare.
Precovid, I had a membership that was $10 a month. You got one ticket, 20% off concessions, and if you didn't use your ticket, it rolled over. Considering tickets were usually more, it was a bargain.

I still stuffed M&Ms in my purse.
