I'm under 50...so I don't know when I'll be able to yet.

Between our county and the one just South of us containing Austin proper, another 16,000 people were vaccinated over the weekend. They had 4,000 doses available at the location we went to last week.
DWifey and I are 57 and 58, respectively, and we actually couldn’t believe how many folks queued up with us last Tuesday were much younger than we were, and, at least, looking very healthy.
DWifey uses an inhaler from time to time, and I have HBP (controlled with meds) and a heart condition (SVT).
I’ve also heard that some places are receiving more doses than they have long-term cold storage capacity for (at least for the Pfizer and Moderna doses), so if just about anyone (except age 18 or under) can get an appointment, their just tryin’ to get the doses in an arm before they go bad... 🤷‍♂️

Breathe and relax. I wonder if your just a little over anxious?
My lesson yesterday was a steaming pile of turd. I started off fine, but he told me to follow the signs to Gaanderen, and I took the right exit from the interstate, but then got into the wrong lane and missed the next turn and ended up somewhere else. Then I missed a sign that's like a do not enter sign, except it's not for all traffic. There are several of those signs, but they aren't really....they don't stand out. And since it was small and above a speed limit sign which was much bigger, the whole situation was misleading. There was a speedlimit sign at the beginning of a bit of street where cars aren't even allowed, and the speed limit sign was twice the size of the sign showing cars aren't allowed. And there were so many signs in that spot that I missed the one I really needed to see. So then I was so determined not to miss any more signs, and some guy came speeding up from a side street, which normally anyone coming from a side street from the right has the right of way, so I would have to stop, but I happened to be on a right-of-way street. But he came up so fast, I thought he wasn't going to stop, so -I- hit the brakes and I wasn't supposed to. Then I saw a blue sign with an arrow....there are several blue signs with arrows and they either mean it's one way traffic OR that you aren't allowed to go any direction but the one given by the sign. I saw the sign and got mixed up because I was already flustered, and I thought it was the one that said you couldn't go any other direction, so I followed it, and that's not what I was supposed to do. Then I was on a street that normally has a speed limit of 50km, but apparently has construction so is 30km, but my instructor always tells me that if you don't know the speed limit, look into a side street, because if a sidestreet has a limit posted, then the street you are on must have a different speed limit or they wouldn't post a speedlimit in the side street....they only post it if it's different from the surrounding streets. So there was a sign that said 30 coming up, which meant it was NOT yet 30 where I was....or shouldn't have been. But there was both a 30km sign AND an "end of 30km zone" sign a couple of feet apart, which doesn't make sense....he said I was already in a 30, but then why was there a 30 sign coming up? Anyway, the whole thing just rattled me. Too many signs, some of them conflicting, and it just made it confusing. But that's part of the test....you have to be able to follow signs, AND GPS for the test, and I'm really not good at that. When I'm on my bike and I get lost, I just pull over and use google maps. But I can't do that in the driving exam. And I think it's a stupid thing to test, because really, it has nothing to do with driving skills. In real life, if I miss a turn, I take the next one, or I take a different route. If I miss the exit from a roundabout, I can just go around again. But according to my instructor, if I don't do it right, I'll fail. I'm just....super stressed.

I am in inhalers for asthma too. The chart keeps telling me I am in group 4. 😡 Yes, I am under the 65+ that they are doing for probably months from now. But, when you fill out their forms to see when you can get the vaccine, it asks for things like asthma etc. So, you would think if you had one of those conditions listed, you could get one sooner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe I will be able to get one in April?🤦🏻‍♀️
Same. You would think, but I'm in phase 2. 🙄. Not that I plan on getting it quite yet because of my history of allergic reactions to vaccines, but you would think...

Great minds. The boys have been fed now coffee
I had decaf this morning...my brain is not happy with me, lol. I'm weaning myself off caffeine for about the zillionth time. Thank goodness it only takes a few days.

ETA: Hubby won't give it up...and I hate having to clean 2 coffeemakers all the time, so that's why I inevitably end up going back to caffeinated. I'm hoping I won't get lazy this time.
