They’re back, and her knee is sprained as well as her back a bit, but, thankfully nothin’ worse. But, she also tore her jeans and there was some blood.
She took Ibuprofen, is chillin’, and we’re just watchin’ some TV right now.
Wow, it looks so pretty there!!!A few pictures from snowshoeing today. We went to the golf course that hubs is a meme wd of. It was pretty especially by the river. There were a lot of geese in the river. The actual snowshoeing was a challenge because there wasn’t much of a trail so we had to cut our own through the snow and it was a bit deep in spots. Fun though! Oh and hubs even brought one of his golf clubs and shot a few balls!

No it was him forgetting it was Saturday not Sunday. Due to the snow and holiday this week he got his days mixed up
Wegman's usually has it but it also tends to be a seasonal item fall through the holidays. Amazon has a large selection if you don't have a local health food store with a decent spice section
I always thought Mace was corn. Just kidding. If I were to guess very few people know what mace is and think it is corn (Maze) or think it was a protective pepper spray and would sue the store if it didn't keep bad guys away. I'll be honest though, I had to look it up because had never heard of it before. I wonder if that settles the rumor that the three wise men were actually four. One had gold. One had frankincense. One had myrrh. What very few people knew was that there was a forth and he was bringing Mace. Sadly, they had to pass through Saudi Arabia where he was promptly arrested for trafficking drugs.***
