How long was he out? I have had a few days where I have older kids at school going outside in sandals, or short sleeves. 20 minutes outside with a 12 windchill that day. Real cold is on its way.

My parents took me to Italy in 1985. We spent 3 weeks on the Riviera, and of course went to other sights. My mom worked for a tour operator, so she had lots of perks. It was amazing!!! Anyway it was there where we first tried pesto sauce. It was one of the best things I ever tasted. When we got home my mom tried to recreate it. Was really happy when we could find it in stores.

Luvs me some good pesto...!!!!!

A giant Cici’s?

They are pretty awful, but Brian and I forced ourselves a few times when we were flat broke but wanted to go to WDW. In order to justify the cost of a Disney sit-down, we’d do the Cici’s buffet one night. Basically all pizza & pasta, poorly done, but filling. Most Disney area hotels had a coupon in the lobby - buy one buffet for $5.99, get one free. (Have to buy two drinks.)

Fortunately, we have not done this in years.

The low temps coming up where I live is not quite bad as ajrwdwgirl, but they are the lowest of the entire winter for where I live in Wisconsin. Hers being colder is due to the region she's in.

Friday to Next Thursday for lows is the following: 2 degrees, 9 below zero, 9 below zero, 7 below zero, 5 below zero, 2 below zero and 1 degree.
