Annoying. I am beyond lactose intolerant. A concept my Mom still can’t grasp. My Sis too. She is proud she forced us to drink milk cause we protested how sick it made us. For our own good.

Been there done that and finally just let it go to finally put a stop to it

I made a huge vat of Chicken Soup and it simmered for hours while I made Irish dumplings for the soup. I had intended to cook a fresh ham I bought along with Irish potato salad, green bean casserole, green jello and Jason Potatoes. I already ate the asparagus. This meal will now be prepared tomorrow cause after the Soup I was done with chopping

I'm debating if I should make the guys corn dogs or a pot of soup today. Equal amount of work but I'll get 2+ days out of a pot of soup

We watched it too, I like your assessment. Hubs really liked it and I was interested but I fell asleep for the last 15 minutes, so we had to watch that again when I woke up. I think it had a good message and is thought provoking but if I had to pick which Pixar movie I like best of 2020 it would be Onward over Soul.

I agree Onward was better Soul was Heaven Can Wait meets acid trip

Sorry to hear about Kylie limping again. My Kapono, slipped on some ice in the yard and seems to have reinjured her back leg again too. My hubs has put down some pet safe salt in the back yard now. Might have to take her into the vet on Monday if it isn't better maybe they can give her a brace or maybe physical therapy again. Hope your girl heals quick!

I LOVE her coaster, and I WANT ONE, too!!!! (It would fit in nicely in our back yard, alongside hubs' two, heavy duty punching bags. Keeping it all classy here on our street. The neighbors would be jealous!)

It‘s soup season. Made chicken stock this week, and then Chicken and shells soup, clam chowder, and sweet potato soup. I put some in the freezer and have been eating the rest this week.

Granted a lot of people die (or the parents do) in Disney movies but this is like the 3rd Pixar film in a row that the whole movie is about death.

They are probably still in morning over the loss of Lasseter.

I haven't seen Soul but I saw Onward. The story was good but it was just freaky in spots. I know Pixar's track record is good but for me they really haven't been lately.

For the record, I didn't really like Up or Inside Out but the past couple movies make them look like classics.

In retrospect, I shoulda’ just taken the last 2 weeks off (Lord knows I have the vacation days pilin’ up), as this week was pretty much a blow-off.
Although, the firm did buy all of us there lunch for the 4 days...
